I'm so mad ! I will NEVER USE this office again ! I went inside at 10:30 am Tuesday 26 th 2024 Today . I checked in at desk and there were two Workers at desk so I waited I was only one there . So a man comes in and they took him right in and helped him . Just ignoring me. So don't go to this office !!!! I will never go back here . I'll go to Elk Grove AAA Office there wonderful there .

I expected better service from the reviews I read. My experience wasn’t as pleasant, most of the staff were very impolite. Dismissed my comments and overall felt like they were against me after explaining my situation. Staff was not accommodating

After 10 years CSAA dropped me because of pictures taken by a drone. Although, they haven't provided said proof, that my roof needed repairs. They sent a letter and told me that they're not required to tell people and let them fix the problem. They're still issuing home owners policies so I wonder how they decided who to drop.
