Came in confused about getting the car my husband had been gifted by his parents back in 2019 FINALLY set up for registration and insurance. Turned out, the title was never actually transferred over to him! DOH! But Lanni Ly was able to help me figure out exactly what documents we needed to bring in, and then help get the car on our pre-existing insurance plans so we got a multi-car discount. There were some unexpected things along the way that made it confusing for me, but have no fear, Lanni was here! Lanni kept me cool and calm by providing accurate information and answering any additional questions I had. Thanks for your help Lanni!

This is a lengthy one: My experience with AAA insurance company has left me unsettled. They are by far one of the WORST insurance companies available in California. When my car was hit by an UNLICENSED teenage driver, I sent video footage as proof that I DID NOT CAUSE the damage that was done to my car. After TWO Days (not even a week), they determined that my car was a "Total Loss". My car was still drivable - NOT a total loss. All I wanted was for my car to get fixed. I did not care about the money - I didn't want money! I wanted my car fixed, which is why we were paying hundreds of dollars for FULL COVERAGE in the first place. I spoke with FOUR different AAA 'Specialist' and every single one of them told me something different. NONE of them had communicated with each other. They gave me the run around the first week. By the 2nd week, Susan Golden (auto field specialist) sent me e-mails with TWO different options. When I responded with my choice, Susan Golden (very rudely) told me, "that option isn't available to you, I shouldn't have sent you that option". I was appalled! It made absolutely NO SENSE for them to send me those options, if it wasn't available to me. I lost ALL CONFIDENCE in AAA as my insurance company. They were UNHELPFUL and have the WORST Customer Service ever! Susan Golden, Paul Norat, Tracy Miller AND Shenea Wilkins are terrible representatives for this company! They did nothing but, try to take my car from me. So, beware of how awful this insurance is! They more than likely WON'T do anything to help you, even if you have VIDEO PROOF AND, have a Police Report! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this insurance to anyone! I give them a '-10/10'.

If you want to be first in line or stop by at lunch and still have time for lunch. This is the branch you want to stop by. I've been here a dozen times. Super fast. Super friendly. One time I went in for my car registered my car and got my passport picture taken in less than 15 minutes. Street parking can be difficult at this location. However, there is a parking garage above that can be validated by them. For some it might be a little annoying, but it beats the lines at the DMV or other AAA branches.

Horrible customer service at this AAA branch. Took them an hour to get an answer to a simple question. Manager was extremely unhelpful.

I had a great experience today at this AAA location. Chanel was super helpful with helping me understand everything I needed to know about my current policy and upgrading to a new one. She was very patient with all my questions and helped me understand everything with personalized examples. Thanks Chanel!(The check-in lady was really nice as well!)

This review is for AAA Roadside Service in general. I have been with AAA Roadside Service for over 40 years now. Today was the breaking point. Never have I been treated so rudely and with such unconcern. My Wife had car trouble and when she called Roadside Service, the AUTOMATED Service sent her a 'link' in order to receive service. Well, the link DID NOT work. So she called again, received another link. After that one did not work, she called me. After five attempts on getting around the Modern Technology to move away from personal service, I finally was able to talk to a HUMAN. They set everything up, my Wife was told it would be an hour. WELL, after three hours, with not notices, nothing, I finally went the route once again of getting a HUMAN. They promised 45 minutes, then 30 minutes, the 11 minutes, again, this is after 3 Hours! ! ! All in the greater Roseville CA area. Finally, a driver showed up! ! ! No One Should have to put up with this total thoughtless type of doing business, especially a woman along the road. We will be moving away from AAA Roadside Service and looking for a company that offers Personal, Human type, hand on Service . . . . Professional Service of caring for the individual has been lost by AAA Roadside Service. There is a place for Technology . . . . however it is NOT when you are involved with the safety and well being of a stranded person. Hopefully this does not fall on deaf ears. First, I hope AAA Roadside Service listens and does something about their Service core values. Secondly, I hope those that carry AAA Roadside Service take the time to explore the overall coverage and professionalism of what they have!

Been a Triple A member for over 20 years. I have used emergency roadside service maybe 3 times. The experience I had with my daughter in the heat today was rediculous. I will never use Triple A again. Not even with the free renewal membership they offered.

Five stars all the way and I'll let you know why.. Five years ago we left and moved to Nevada. During these five years, I have kept in touch with my agent Patty W..(how many can say that)... This time around she has been helping me with the process of transferring titles and paperwork for my son and ex. It's awesome to have so much support during this difficult process.. Dmv staff is amazing!

I am a New member of AAA I had an awful experience dealing over the phone with an AAA agent he told me is name was Travis. I had called earlier Wednesday morning to use my 1st tow As a member that I unfortunately had to cancel for a later time I was advised that they would make a note in the computer the same day a few hours later I called to reschedule . Travis lost his patients with me we both had a problem finding the exact address which wasn't a problem the first time I had called Travis decided that he was going to end the call but before he hung up I asked to speak to a supervisor Which then I was place on hold for over 13 min. Which I hung up and towed my on car. My point of dissatisfaction is off the scale at this point AAA say they care for our safety well Travis works there and he didn't care about mine. Travis gets bad F- rating and if AAA agents treatment of members is this bad it's really No more Friendly Businesses in America Wow sad day for me
