Just got home from the store. I arrived there at 9:12pm. The doors were locked. There were signs for hours up for the upcoming holidays. I decided to call and a man answered the phone saying they closed at 9 and there should be a sign outside on the door. I told him there wasn’t the only signs outside were the holiday hours and he said well we close at 9. I said well online it says 10, he got an attitude and said “ma’am I don’t control what it says online I don’t control that but we close at 9, at this point other customers were walking up asking the same thing saying they closed at 10. If this is so please find a way to change the info online so people aren’t wasting their time and gas coming to the store. And if it’s not so and you close at 10, then those employees should be held accountable for closing the store early for their benefit.

The 99 cent store has a lot of variety however, many of their products are not $0.99. you need to look very closely at prices before choosing

To much stock on the floor blocking the Isles causing people to run into people with their shopping carts only one cashier yet there was five or six workers on the floor blocking the isles so you have to walk around two miles just to get to the isles that you want to go down it it was a total mess

I counted 5 workers on the floor blocking the isles with boxes of merchandise needing to be worked. There was only one cashier and about 5 to 9 people in line blocking the main front isles and access to two or three of the aisles once my girlfriend and i got in line to check out we both got ran into by the same lady who went back and forth 3 times trying to go down a isle that was blocked she finally said the heck with it and got in line to check herself. I'm sure a lot of people do once they get stuck in a shopping cart jam trying to monover around in that area of the store I'm almost willing to bet that if they fixed that problem they would see a increase in units sold for that first week
