Brian was the best!!! He was super helpful and patient. I called him in the morning, he got me approved within an hour, and I was out of there by end of day with a car for my kids and myself. I had to bring my two little ones to the dealership with me and he was so understanding and helpful. He was very accommodating. Best experience I have ever had!!! Thank you so much!! This place is the biggest scam lot ever. I bought a car from Brian Saturday and was told that the car was in excellent shape. Brian asked me if I wanted to test drive it but I said no because at the time I didn't have drivers license. I took his word that the car was okay. Took possession of the car at closing time. Left the car lot and went to the gas station to fill up, left the gas station and got on the freeway to discover and the car had a very bad vibration between 65-&70 mph. I called Brian and didn't get a response. I called all weekend and didn't get Brian until Tuesday. I talked to Brian Tuesday and told him what was going on with the car but then his phone started messing up. He told me that he would call me back when he got to the office but never did. I've been calling every since,but no answer or reply. Is this how to do people. My next step is to contact BAR and report the incident to them. Please I'm warning you don't get a car from there,you will be sorry

I was completely lied to at this place. It is a shady dealership and they will say anything to sell a car. I didn't do my due diligence getting the car inspected and relied on the word of Brian the sales man. He lied through his teeth to get me into the car and now it needs $4000 dollars worth of work on it after inspection. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

The best car dealership I have ever been. Buying process was smooth, and easy. Brian was quite helpful with all finance and insurance option. I will buy all cars from 7 star. I bought a Honda Odyssey and very happy with the decision.

THE MOST HONEST DEALERSHIP IN SACRAMENTO!Brian took such good care of me and my BMW. First he got me the best rate, fought to lower my down payment with the banks and waived a bunch of fees! Will definitely be back for a family car soon!Family-owned prices with big dealer service! Can't ask for more!

Brian made my experience with 7 Star wonderful. He provides excellent and professional service. He is caring, and responsive, and will go beyond what would be normally expected. I love my new Mercedes which was reasonably priced. Ralph at German Motors next door (unaffiliated with 7 Star) did a thorough inspection of my vehicle before my purchase and he was extremely helpful as well. Brian took care of bringing my vehicle to German Motors so I did not have to make an extra trip. I highly recommend both businesses.

Honestly don't know how these guys sleep at night, knowing they are selling bad cars. I bought a 2015 Ford Escape from them and noticed a crack on headlight he said it will be an easy fix with them. Come to find out it's thousands to fix the light. And this car makes a horrible sound like a helicopter, already changed the wheel bearings 3x since I bought this car because they continue to go bad, almost as if the car was in an accident. It was my bad for buying a used car!!!!! stay away from this dealer!

I am an out-of-state buyer from the Chicagoland area. From past experiences in dealing with sales people and the fact that I am purchasing from out-of-state I was pleasantly surprised to not get the run around. Brian was the primary salesman that I dealt with and he was not only professional and helpful but displayed honesty which is not a trait often seen in a sales person. Great experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. When I was due to pick up my vehicle to take home, Brian offered to pick me up at the strain station... that's a great gesture in my book.
