The Laredo Tacos spot was a very disappointing. A burrito was served at room temperature and without much of any flavor. I have better burritos in England.

Decided to try the Texas tacos. Worst mistake ever!!! Wanted to try to order from the chicken place next to it so I can try both at the same time. Nobody was there and the gentleman who was running the tacos said they are run separately not together. He also took forever to make two burritos for a person in front of us. In all honesty it felt like he took about half an hour just to make two. And when it came to us he didn't have anything but to make nachos and he didn't even have the chips for it either. He said he would have to make fresh ones and I didn't mind but then he just disappeared . He took an additional 15 minutes in the back and when he finally did he was able to make my nachos. He asked if I wanted to add any protein I said steak. The steak had lots of fat on it. And he asked me what kind of cheese I wanted I said nacho cheese and he said okay but do you want an additional cheese and i said shredded cheese. He supposedly made me nachos but he never put nacho sauce on top of it. Yeah after this experience I'm never coming back to this place ever. It's clean but not worth the wait or the food.

Dont risk wasting your time going here for fresh made food. Every time I've ever gone here they are sold out of nearly everything. No pepperoni pizzas. No chicken at the Roost place. Terrible management.

Despite only recently opening, this 7 Eleven has proved why it should stay open. With the employees being some of the most kind and generous people I've met, the store always feels incredibly welcoming. On top of that, the wide selection of snacks and warm food never disappoints. Overall, I definitely recommend frequenting this 7 Eleven.

I’ve been a loyal customer since this location open in October. I really enjoy the Mexican side of the food for my breakfast tacos and also the 2 tacos and drink on my lunch. This week there been some new employees with great customer service. I believe one them is named Helen and shout out to her. She has amazing customer service and has a great sales pitch for the taco combo. Their food is really amazing and gas isn’t that bad price either.

I came in here once about a month ago around 7pm to try the restaurant's I ordered 1 item from each one of the worst places I have ever eaten at and the staff for the store side was very rude so I said I will never return but I did come back as it is the store that is closest to my house and it was around 4am I figured maybe different staff for this time from the moment I entered I was greeted with a friendly face by a man who was making cookies he was very helpful on finding stuff I was looking for even convinced me to buy a few packs of cookies and now I stop in and have a nice conversation with this young man and buy a pack of cookies seems like this man works 6 days a week so I would like to give him some recognition and say thank you ruckus for being the friendly employee people like to see when they come in would have gave it 5 stars if it weren't for the 1 bad experience.

Owner replies on here everytime like if he cares but gets no results after multiple complaints his Laredo Taco Co. still needs attention...nothing has been done to fix it. Its sad because i make it a point to stop at Laredo taco Co when im in TX...but this here gives it a bad name. I stop by every few days and NO adjustments to improve have been made. Watch the owner reply and give me his cookie cutter reply " i hope we can make your next visit a 5 star visit" hahaha brother, i have been hope ing the same thing, but hope alone wont get it done try taking action instead and show some results, less talk, make it look like you tried.

this 7-Eleven is new and clean and all the staff are very kind and helpful especially a shout out to Marcus with the Laredo taco Company. He gives awesome service and he's just a very positive person. I go in there during the weekdays almost daily and buy everything I need for my work and my crews, and I am very pleased with the food at the Laredo taco company especially the help from Marcus.

customer service excellent ordered chicken taco and it was totally dried out and hard. The chicken is in the pan and not fresh and allowed to just sit there forever. Alot of the food there just sits there forever. I will not go back unless they have a big sign that says under new management. 7-11 you can do better based on past performance you have have high standards and Laredo Taco doesn't meet your standards.

Chicken biscuit tastes like it was removed from freezer, cooked in microwave, left out for 4 hours, reheated and then served to me. With this location, the food spots have the ability to be a neighborhood favorite but it seems they want to appeal to passerby’s on the freeway who are starving and desperate to eat. No quality here, not even gas station quality.

A 2 month new 7 Eleven with two restaurants offering gas near Hwy 5. Great place to stop by during breakfast or lunch time or maybe in the evening for a quick snack or last minute items. Great customer service and Black owned. Check them out!

I came In Looking for certain product or even wondered if they had the item I was looking for . The young lady that was working that day . Nelly was super inviting great energy ,and was not hesitant to assist me . I felt so enjoyed to come and stop by this nice location . My new favorite spot with a wonderful girl like Nelly . If I was the owner she would automatically have a raise coming along .

Went in today for the first time with the coupons they sent the neighbors for the Free big gulp today! The picture on the coupon showed a Large ounce and same color as the large, but was told that we could only get a medium. Another customer there was told the same thing. Boooo to false advertisement!

This 7-Eleven is very clean and organized (for now). Unfortunately they do not serve alcohol at this location because it's close proximity to some schools. Melly, the manager is super friendly and inviting. This 7-Eleven is modern, bright, and has 2 in-house eatery's: 1. Raise the Roost Chicken & Biscuits: - Hubs and I tried some breakfast burritos. I WOULD NOT recommend the breakfast burritos from here. Burritos were pretty disappointing with very little stuffings. If you peep my picture, it's a crime to even call this a burrito. The flatness should really dub it a flatbread breakfast pita, or something like that. I repeat do not waste your money on a breakfast from Raise the Roost. 2. Laredo Taco Company - I haven't tried this spot yet, but they serve up breakfast burritos, taco plates, enchilada plates and burritos. Will try a breakfast burrito here soon. Door Dash available.

Nice newly minted store. Nice staff. I went in to get some bean chimichanga, but they don't have it. Instead, they have some Tacos and fried chciken hot food offerings inside the convenience store. I decided to order some wings as they have a promo to get five and get five free. It was lonnnnnnng wait. Maybe close to 30 minutes. They have to cook a fresh batch. I figured it would be fresh, so it would be worth it. One of the staff member offerred a to sample their chilled agua fresca drinks offering. I tried the cantaloupe flavor. It was nice, but I think it's too sweet, and there's really no fresh cantaloupe in it. Finally, I got my to go order and drove home. I got home hungry as it was already late. I tried the wings, and to my disappointment, the wings are undercooked. The batter is not bad, and it was spicy. I decided to skip the meal and will reheat the wings the next day. Overall, it is a typical US 7 eleven experience. The store is nice and new but maybe check the hot food before you leave and make sure they cook it all the way. Maybe they will get better as time goes by? Also, if they have to cook it fresh, expect a long wait. Maybe play a smartphone game to kill some time? ?
