So I've been in there twice with my rewards to get and they have said that they can't because they don't have the key for it .????? It says that they accepted the rewards at the store., so why the hassle! ?? It's good ?to know! ??? Won't be going there for rewards anymore.

Ordered off 7now. Here's a list of things missing.Cherry slurpee.Mountain dew big gulp.3 toquitos.The hot pizza literally wasn't sliced???AND I don't understand how my order of tacos were all softy. My guess is they microwaved them. Too many items missing as well to be a coincidence.

They don't honor their promos on food items . They will scam you out of your money if.you do not pay attention to your total amount . These people do not like Americans at all. I am boycotting all 711s bc this experience doesn't just happen at this location. It's occurred at several through out Sacramento. 711 is not an honest company worth doing business with

If I can give this a “0” or Negative I would but I have to do 1 star. My experience here I always go to this 711 but after what happened 1/21/24 not ever will I be going in to do business with these people. My daughter went in there to buy pads an item for her with her uncle. She went in to purchase the item on her own. When she got to the counter the guy in picture asked if she was Indian, my daughter said no. He asked for her number and she said she didnt have one and that she is 14 so that he can move on and scan her things. He continued and asked “so you dont have a phone? My daughter now feeling uncomfortable said no can you ring me up. He did not ring her up and then asked her if she would go to the back with him! ? To the back for what reason!? She told you she was 14 this guy a perve my daughter ran out the store and got in the car with her uncle scared and told him what had happened he confronted the guy and denied everything. I am legally gonna press charges and contact corporate. No young baby should feel uncomfortable at any given time thats scary DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS ALONE TO THIS STORE!!! My daughter is flabbergasted to what happened!

Starting to feel like there is a race issue here and here is why, bc everytime I walk in and ask just for some pizza these workers will say "oh sorry we cleaning" and at first I was thinking that's fine but this has been happening constantly and one day I decided to wait outside to see of anyone would walk out with a box of pizza and not even five minutes later someone will walk out with pizza amd then when I come in and ask he says they are cleaning again this is happening everytime I come in there mot only that he would sit there and stare at me seemingly judging this is the only 711 i have issues with

Super cool easy going gentlemen! The guy at the other one down the street was super mean to me and both of the gentlemen that helped me didn't yell at me or make me feel stupid, they just helped me. And my pizza was yummy and fresh so then of course I had to buy more stuff! Definitely going this way from now on!
