People working here are rude and lazy. This is the only 7-Eleven store where delivery driver from third-party Apps like Doordash or UberEats will do the shopping. In other stores you just come in pickup the order from the register, confirmed and leave.

They never keep the good flavors in stock. They only had Mtn Dew's Summer flavor for like a week! Need to pay attention to what is selling not what they have backstock of they need to get rid of.

If they run out of an item instead of restocking the one that people like they will just let it run out so people can buy the other varieties. If something's been gone for 2 or 3 weeks you have plenty of time to restock it.

The new workers are awful. They start to help you then ignore you and go to the next customer. They are very rude to customers of color and refuse to answer any questions. They also don’t know basic English or are lying about knowing basic English. The two new workers who are now working are awful .They look at you in confusion and shouldn’t be working there if they can’t understand basic English. It takes an extra five minutes for a 1 minute trip up there. They have no customer service skills and are really unsanitary. Food is touched with bare hands then they touch money then go back to the food. They need to be trained or should be replaced

One of my favorite 7-11’s in Sacramento, They always have slurpies and fresh fruit. I’ll drive out of my way sometimes just to come to this one

Beware this 7-11 on 43rd in pocket is being reported today 02June2022 to the Consumer Affairs Office at 8am when they open, and hopefully is shut down as a result. They advertise items that you may be allergic to as what they are not. The employees have no idea of any of the Ingredients in their own “cooked” food. And will not give any clear answers. For example I bought the maple sausage taquito that is advertised without cheese and there are globs of it in there.

It's a 7-Eleven, standard stuff. But it has issues. First, the staff NEVER wear masks or enforce the state/county-wide mask mandate. It feels unsafe during a global pandemic. Next, the parking lot could really stand to be pressure washed once a month. After periods of no rain, dozens of sodas and slurpees being spilled on the asphalt gets really sticky and gross. I always feel like I'm tracking months of sticky mess into my car. When the delivery truck is there it often takes up the entire parking lot so it's impossible to get in, and sometimes you will be blocked in by the truck if it gets there after you park. With the new AM/PM at 43rd and Freeport, this location will likely lose my business if none of these issues are addressed in the near future.

Been going to this store for 4 years now at least 3 times a month I stop by and get a carton of Pal mall reds 100s. 100% of time this has not been a problem, Pretty nice people, But today someone I did not recognize (new) barked at me " no cartons buddy NEXT" and went on to the next costumer. RUDE! I was shocked and ask if I could get 2 packs than. I did and left. And that is why your store has LOST my business. I don't know who the new guy was. If he felt that it was acceptable to act this way you must be short handed and he was the owner. If so well your employees are a LOT cooler than you are! Won't be back. nether will my friends and family. your lost. O this was on 10/31/2021 at 4:05.

I've decided to make today my last day going to this 7/11. They make it very difficult to use rewards. I've had two different instances where the cashier could not properly ring up my items and use the points from my rewards. Today he held up the line for 5 minutes because he messed up and took 2000 points from my app but wouldn't give me the brownies that I redeemed them for. After a very embarrassing 5 minutes i decided to just walk away. It's sad because i have so many rewards points because i always come to this 7/11 but this situation has happened too many times and they don't plan on fixing it so I'll just stick to the stores on SLP.

Always procrastinator and kind no matter what hour. Never had an issue here. Even when customers are not courteous, the employee is. Very refreshing!

I just bought milk from there and it was out of date and expired. They should throw away all the bad milk so no one buys it and drinks it..
