Basketball gym has been shutdown for months now. They restricted hours to 5am-5pm. Terrible hours. That's the only reason I have a membership at 24hr fitness.

I tried to go into the gym and this lady told me I couldn’t because my mom wasn’t there…mind you I’m 18. I’ve been to this gym SEVERAL times, nobody has ever told me that. She let MINORS walk past that I went to high school with that were obviously using their parents memberships as well but ig since they were guys she wanted to let them in ? but didn’t let me and my friend go in…im guessing she’s insecure or something.

I hope who is responsible or who is that who is a supervisor they gonna be replaced all the manager and rest of the employee because they’re not doing great job there they don’t care everything is very dirty when you walking the all employees just busy on the cell phone they don’t care about who is coming who is gone I hopefully, you guys get the money from the people at least you guys Return, something clean for the people to be success on the business if that kind of Employee should be not working on that place

I have paid for a full year platinum membership. I did this to work out and to be able to train my sons in the basketball gym. They have implemented a new rule that closes the basketball gym at 5pm. I get off work at 4. By the time I pick up my sons and get there it is closed or closing. I don't understand why I am not getting what I paid for. The flyer states it is for safety reasons, but one of the problems is that people sneak in without being checked in because half the time nobody is watching the front desk, or people come in from the back door of the basketball gym. I don't understand why my kids and I are being punished for people who are not doing their jobs properly. Something needs to be done, this is not okay!!!

10 treadmills down and place is dirty, especially the room that holds classes. Mirrors have fingerprints all over, floor is filthy- hair, scuff marks. Have complained about this before and manager pretty much said he couldn’t do anything about it.Maybe a call to the Health Department would motivate them Look how many reviews repeat how dirty it is and management gives the same old canned response.

Court closes early, don't really fix or clean anything. Very disappointed they don't want to fix their alarm system to prevent people from sneaking in the gym. that is no one's problem if they can't secure the place . everything should be available 24/7 especially the basketball court. will love to have a talk with the manager

I was going here for a little over a year before I decided to cancel my membership, and I'm so glad I did.The women's locker rooms were clean for the most part. At least 1-2 toilet stalls would be dirty. Not all hand dryers work.Okay variety in equipment. There was always 1 or 2 machines broken down. Dumbbell racks will never be in order.When I was trying to cancel my membership, it was a weird interaction. I waited at the front desk for a good minute before someone came up to help someone check in. Then they walked away, but I asked, "excuse me, I'd like to cancel my membership," and he went to go grab the manager.When he came out, he didn't say anything to me. I explained to him, "I'd like to cancel my membership. I already work at a private gym. And I've been having uncomfortable experiences with some of the guys in here." at this time, I'm wearing a baggy t-shirt and big sweatpants. He looked at me up and down twice before continuing to walk over to the computer and completing the cancellation. He said, "okay you're good. It's canceled." I asked, "does that mean today is my last day or do I have another month I paid for?" and he said I had until the 26th.At first I wasn't sure on reviewing but that kind of experience with a manager was unprofessional and the exact definition of a "uncomfortable experience with a guy at the gym."

This gym is always full/ needs better staff willing to help... I had created an account online which appeared to be expired, when I came to tell them about it to see if I could be refunded the extra 50, they seemed all uninterested in helping but they did it with a straight face. Didn't even respond when I said thank you. I ended up canceling my account here. Planet might not have the best machines but at least the staff is friendly. I'd rather go there 1000 times more

So refreshing to be Greeted by the assistant mgr as I walk in, asking my name….. Reason being, I lost my Coach wallet several weeks ago, Debit Card, DL, Social Security card & more in it. And he recognized me in the picture although we have never met nor have I ever seen him at the time I come in. Especially great because I figured it was somewhere at home so I never cancelled anything! As a District Mgr myself with 9 Stores under my supervision, this is the type of leadership any organization needs running it.Thank You Sir!

I’ve been a member for 3 years now and I never been so dissapointed until this last few months I’ve been coming in. Why? Because the cleanest part of this gym is their parking lot??♂️ You got employees on their phone, no sense of urgency in keeping your gym clean. I have recommended multiple family & friends that had signed up for membership but I am regretting that now since the lack of effort to keep this place clean & equipments working. Will probably wont sign back after my contract ends not unless things get better.PS: The roof insulations are about to fall on your basketball court! It’s been like that all year, so don’t wait until somebody get into accident. And also, The court floor is so dusty & dirty.
