Customer service is the absolute worst if they do answer the phone you are on hold at least 10 to 20 minutes always giving false promises and false delivery times they will tell you whatever they can just to get you off the phone would only recommend this business to my very worst enemy

Everyone there is working hard. The front desk guys are good at their job. I've done work on the phones for 20 years, and they are knocking out the phone calls and doing a good job at it. listening to them navigate situations tells me I would want their service workers when no one is watching, they would still do the right thing. Good place to work with.

Sacramento location is so unorganized. After 45 min of waiting for the radiator that was already paid for and was suppose to be ready for pick up, employee helping me gave me a wrong radiator from an old order. There was so much confusion on his part and too much of my time waisted. After about 90 min, lots of yelling and cursing between employees, manager finally straightened things out and found the radiator I came for.
Too many mistakes were made on one order.
Manager (I believe his name is Rubin) gets 5 stars for handling all the issues. Employee helping me did not represent company well.

Customer service is the best!
I am a commercial owner, so I had to create an account with them. Which they’re not doing over the general phone only on direct location phone. I supposed it made sense.
Had 7 attempts to call, 4 of them didn’t even reach the first stage after you press 1 or 2. Someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Well okay, I tried to call a couple of more times and was absolutely unsuccessful.
The last attempt however brought me forward and I was able to stay on the line. The lady who picked up the phone stated the maximum wait time is 10 minutes. Well, I’m okay waiting 10 minutes but not 30…
Also, after the 31 minute mark they just hung up on me. Not even a second passed. Straight away beep beep.
When I called back to ask maybe to come in person and not call them( I have to drive there for like 50-60 minutes). The lady stated: “I do not know, you will have to ask about it your location I will transfer you right now”. And then again wait wait and wait…
At that point just don’t bother yourself with calls. Absolutely useless. Maybe it’s better to be in person with them at the location, but I work far away, and if I can do something over the phone I would like to save me some time and gas.

Man this place rock great customer service if i could give 10 stars I would Robert at front counter went above and beyond to make it happen for me this is my first time here and I will be back and will tell everyone I know to come get parts from here you name it they got iy !!!

They had the radiator I needed & said they'd have to order the heater core on Friday 2/24, assured me it would be in on Monday. Got a call on Monday it was delayed. They didn't give me a receipt (should have cancelled then) but we took a picture of the will call paperwork. By the following Thursday, heard nothing so I called to find out. The guy couldn't find anything they had no record of it. My card was charged, I had a picture of the document but he couldn't find anything. I called again the next day, now they had the invoice but said the order was cancelled & a refund would be issued in 3-5 days but he was going to verify with accounting and call that day to confirm it was processed. Never called. I filed dispute with my card & called againBack to no record or info. Called again 3/10 this time she had my info on her desk (????!?!!) needed my invoice #, don't have one. Now she needs the radiator invoice, but I have the radiator. We around a few times then she said she would process refund right now but that the warehouse sent another radiator, no heater core. She says she processed the refund today, we'll see shortly. The didn't give meds an invoice or document, charged my card (I know my screw up) has no clue when I called to follow up, no follow up from them, cancelled my order but never told me or refunded the charge, don't seem to have been ever planning to get the cheater core or refund to me. Awful business practices, no follow up, no info for me, misleading us on the status & useless blockages to resolve, did not even apologize for litany of errors. Not even a discount or courtesy credit. Never going back & will let people know what awful service & processes they have. Terrible & frustrating is the kindest thing I can say. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

2004 CHEVY 2500HD 6.0Worst experience ever!Not worth the savings , when you have to go back ... MORE THAN ONCE! First radiator leaked coolant (about $40 of brand new antifreeze )at the oil cooler fitting immediately fter installing Uninstalledit , drove it back and they tried to give me a radiator in a damaged box. SMH. Not trying to do this a 3rd time. Asked for a box that had not been broken open .Now that im back home , and they have closed till monday, i discover that this radiator is missinf the rubber mounts , top and bottom!!Cant even start, back at square one again!Cant work and make money when I cant get a quality part.Shouls have went to the parts house and paid the higher price. Would have been less stress , and MUCH CHEAPER after figuring in all the Hassel.Thanks for nothing

Mechanic ordered a radiator from you guys at like 9 am. You guys said it would be there in a few hours. Mechanic calls you guys to check the status and you say you guys close at 12. I’ve never heard of your business but, I will never do business with you.
