I can not say Thank you enough to the people at this shop for taking care of my dad. He was headed up to big bear with my grandmother and step mom and his car over heated. He was able to get towed to this spot Sunday and slept in the car. You guys fixed his car same day. And he hasn't stopped raving about how nice everyone was to him. For very valid reason I was soooo worried and I'm beyond thankful and greatful for his awesome experience. Bless yall!!!

Caught a flat on my way to Kaiser for my last day of radiation therapy! I checked two gas stations for air, no joy. The lady at Norton's found the leak in the tire and fixed it in minutes. I made it to the hospital! I am so grateful.

All I can say is Great job and Thank You for fixing my A/C :-)Took to another shop in town and they charged me to diagnosis (Norton was FREE) and said I need the A/C Compressor Replaced at over $600.Norton Auto Works said all I needed was to have the A/C Compressor Evacuated and Freon Replace at 1/4th the cost and A/C has never worked better.Again, Thank you so much Norton Auto Works for your honesty and integrity ? :-)Great job and I will come to you forst and foremost from not on :-)

Fantastic people! Very fair and very reasonable prices! Joel and his wife know their stuff and won't steer you wrong! Taken our 2002 Tahoe there twice for different reasons and very happy with the results! We highly recommend them!
