Excellent experience at Action Auto. Staff was friendly and very clear in their diagnostic of my '98 Toyota Avalon which was experiencing overheating issues. They updated me promptly with information and were very clear in their knowledge and summary of the repair. Highly recommend!

Scott’s mechanics kept my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder running for 309,000 miles, and Jesse tracked down hard to find parts for my older vehicle. The quality of their work is excellent, and you will never meet a nicer group of people. I highly recommend taking your car to Action Automotive.

Great shop. Great team, very honest and reliable. I work on my own cars/motorcycles/etc, so I generally don’t love my experiences at a mechanic—but these guys do good business and are straightforward and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Usually smaller places don’t seem very professional but in this case the staff really have their act together. They know their jobs well, get parts in quickly and communicate status all at a professional level that’s very hard to find from repair shops of any size. In my case they diagnosed and fixed a pretty big problem and did it quickly.

Scott and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service! They take the time to do things the right way. No cutting corners. Had some work done on my truck and was updated frequently. They ran every test in the book to make sure my truck was road worthy before my 2 hour drive home. This is an overall high quality shop with trustworthy mechanics. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicles back.

Truck got stuck in 4WD while I was on vacation and I was able to drive it into Action Auto Repair. While they didn't have any room in the schedule to get to it that day, they did take some time to try to diagnose the problem. The truck didn't throw any codes, but the owner (I think) listened to the thing while flipping the 4WD dial and said that it didn't sound like the actuator was engaging. I wasn't anywhere near my campsite and needed a rental car to get around so it was for these reasons that I chose to get the truck towed to the nearby town of Redlands. When Toyota Roadside Assistance failed to secure a flatbed truck that day and told me that someone would be picking me up the next day, that left me with two new problems-it was going to be below freezing that night and I had a lot of gear that wouldn't all fit in the cab of the truck if I left the truck there. A member of the shop offered to drive me with my gear to the nearest hotel and I was allowed to leave the truck parked in the shop driveway overnight, neither of which they were obligated to do. Fast forward to the next afternoon, the truck got diagnosed as having a failed transfer case actuator (it was under warranty so covered by Toyota) so the owner nailed it! Overall, everyone was so nice and helped to ease the stress and anxiety of the very unfortunate situation in which I found myself and I can't thank them enough!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We had a grinding sound from one of our wheels. Jesse did us a solid and figured out it was piece of lodged scree and dislodged it in no time. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. We'll be back!

I was referred to this place by my pastor. I was not disappointed. When I called, i was set up with an appointment. When I arrived, I was told what was going to be done and I would be called with more info. Jesse gave clear details of what was done and what could possibly be needed to repair my car. I will definitely be coming back to this shop when I need it.Another thing I discovered while in here is that they do all sorts of work here. If you need a tire change, they can do it. Oil change? They can do it...
