Would always come to this autozone specifically because the staff and managers were always helpful but today I went and a new manager (one I had not seen) seemed to be in a rude mood to customers , I had came to return a item I had not used but lost the receipt but had used my phone number to purchase and was hoping to get atleast store credit item was only 10 dollars talking about I don’t have warranty ? , but the manager didn’t even bother to explain why I couldn’t receive anything back , really unprofessional

Was very helpful in finding out items for my car but waited in line too long even though I could've been checked out right away? Was very unnecessary wait time. Younger staff was much nicer.

Workers here suck and are rude be surprised if you get someone whose actually nice and it's like they never have anyone to check you out need to hire more people for the register

Was visiting the area, someone hit my gf and i's car and took our driver side mirror off and shattered it. Christmas eve and places were closing early. Called around, this autozone didnt have what we needed for emergency but they were very kind to send us to another autozone so that we would be able to travel home safely the same night. Awesome service.

The girl who helped me, instead of helping me, seemed like my mother scolding me because I didn't know what oil my car used, I told her that I had just bought it, she gave me two options, I told her that the one that didn't affect the engine, she told me which one and then she came back to me. Scolding is not a complaint, on the contrary, it is funny, nor did my mother scold me like her service, well, normal, but that girl who I will not name so as not to hurt her should be calmer, the truth is that she is about 20 years old and is more courageous than my mother. to help not to scold one
