Stay away from this so-called repair shop. They ruined my Wife’s vehicle. The mechanics are not licensed. The mechanic failed to place a black hose back on a properly and left it leaking. Do yourself a favor and stay away

I took my car in for a tune-up, there were some issues with the area where my spark plugs are, Robert sent me the photos and kept me apprised of what was going on. I had read reviews and thought I'd give them a try, I have finally found a mechanic who is honest, reliable, and explains everything to you. Gave my car a complete check up, said my brakes were still good.Last mechanic I went to told me I was due for new brakes, Robert's honesty is A+, prices are so reasonable, he's not out to get rich from your business.I highly recommend Yagi's!!!!!

I found Yagi from repairpal through CarMax. I had a pleasant experience with Robert. He was easy to talk to and transparent with my concerns. I really appreciate how proactive he was when following up with my insurance and updated me every step of the way. I had my oil and dashboard monitor changed and both were great and painless experiences!

I went to Yagi Auto Craft since I bought a used car and the sunroof wasn't working. Robert and his employees were super professional and very hardworking. He made sure I was happy with their work and always made sure to answer any questions or concerns of mine. I will definitely be coming back (hopefully not tho LOL)!

Robert and his team are incredible and go above and beyond for their customers. My family and I take our cars to Robert for maintenance and repairs because he's professional, reliable, and honest. Robert and his team consistently work hard to help their customers and address any issues. It's been a such a blessing to have a mechanic like Robert and his group nearby because they don't nickel and dime us like the dealerships will! With Robert I know I'm in good hands. It's been all great experiences and I'm so glad that this shop and Robert and the crew are here in the community.We are so glad that Robert took over the shop, and I will definitely keep coming to Robert and the team for all future car issues!

Rob from Yagi auto has been one of the best mechanics that I have encountered. I recently got into a car accident and had to get a new headlight reinstalled and rob made the process smooth and easy. I had mentioned that i was in school not thinking anything of it and when i returned to pick up the car he gave me and student discount just because. I just moved to the rowland area so he will definitely be my mechanic moving forward. If you want good service and great prices definitely come to yagi auto and ask for rob :)

I purchased my 2012 Fiat 500 from CarMax not too long ago and started to face a few issues. Once I called I was directed to head over to Yagi's. I dropped off my car and it was nothing but ease. Robert is super kind and extremely responsive. My car was in and out within 2-3 days (had to wait for parts to come in --- They even took the extra step to drive my car over to my home until the parts arrived so that it was safe. As well, once my car was complete he drove it over and dropped it off for me again. 10/10 experience and will be sending my partner over due to us both having Fiats. We plan to continue to use Yagi for our vehicle repair needs. (:. THANK YOU ROBERT FOR SUCH A GREAT AND EASY EXPERIENCE.

My air conditioning was not working and Yagi Auto Craft was one of the few places in the area that would except the warranty I had. Robert was super helpful in contacting the company to verify that the compressor would be covered. He was very communicative and helpful through the whole process. They installed the compressor In a timely manner. The AC works great!
