The service is not acceptable. They missed refill order first then didn't put the order again at the second time. If you try to have a normal service, not even better one, go to somewhere else.

It was the most horrible experience I ever had with Walgreen.The pharmacist name Horcentia was so rude to me. When I asked about my record in the system with another pharmacist, she rudely jumped and interrupted the conversation and yelled at me: “SHE IS CHECKING, OKAY?!” Nobody should ever be treated like this. I really don’t understand how asking my own information is somehow bothering her, she wasn’t even in the conversation from the get go.Go somewhere else for your medical needs if you can, avoid this place at all cost, they would take a dump on you for no reason.

Horrible Horrible Experience with the pharmacy here. A rude lady here name Hortencia. She can't even bear the fact you ask her a reasonable question. She gave me dead stares. I was trying to get my covid vaccine and flu shot here, I booked it a day in advance. When I arrived, they refused to give it to me since I do not have a prior record of vaccine shot. I was shocked that I have to show them the vaccine record to receive one. I told them I am from Nevada, they can look me up in the government website, it takes you less than a minute, they said I have to go somewhere else to use a computer and a printer to print out the record before they can take me in. I asked them what happened to people who never received a covid vaccine before, they said that's a different issue doesn't apply to my case. Basically shutting me down for no good reason. There is zero sense of help here, straight up rude people. I have been using the walgreen pharmacy all my life, but this one in particular, stay away at all cost.

I went to this Walgreen to drop off my package (to Fedex), but the lady with purple hair working at the photo/Fedex center was SUPER rude and her attitude during the dropping-off process entirely made me uncomfortable! She kept rolling her eyes like she looked down on me every time she answered my questions. She also kept saying like "What???" that made me look stupid. It seemed like she does not want to work at all and I could feel she has been rude to every customer since I saw her talking with others with her unpleasant attitude after my turn. I don't usually complain about rude staffs since I try my best to avoid any uncomfortable situations and don't want to waste my time, but her attitude was TOO MUCH! Her customer service completely ruined my day and I wanted to let you guys know this: "Don't go to this Walgreen if you need any service from Photo/Fedex center.

I made appointment for my parents for Covid -19 vaccine at this store, my parents are 86 and 87 years old, they don't drive. When they arrived store on time, the pharmacist ( Angela) refused to give them vaccine because they did not bring their old Covid -19 vaccine card. But on their website post : Regardless of previous vaccination history, the CDC recommends a single dose of the updated COVID-19 vaccine for most people. Later they found my parents vaccine history on their system, but she still refused to give my parents vaccine, just because they didn't bring vaccines card. My parents have to walk back and forth for vaccine which is not necessary at all. She is not qualified to be a pharmacist, she abuse these elder patients by her power. If you experience similar situation or any problems, please report her to California state board of pharmacy.

I don't even know how Carl became the manager at the Walgreens Pharmacy but he is hands down the rudest most condescending unprofessional human being I have ever dealt with. Idk if they just hire anybody or what but he exuded no sense of sympathy, professionalism, or yet alone, morality. He lied to cover up the mistake of him and his pharm tech and after me complaining of about the experience they put me through, he asked "ok are you done now?".. the words and the attitude that came out of his mouth were utterly degrading. Backstory: they gave my prescription to someone else & instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he tried to tell me that he thought I gave consent to do that.. with no proof. Completely against HIPAA. He gave out my full information and whole prescription to someone who was not me. All I wanted was an apology but instead he blew it out of proportion, and I will now be escalating this to corporate.

Do not buy gift cards here! You will get scammed… after 3 months of messaging back and forth with Walgreens they claimed my gift card had been activated and washed their hands by having me contact Target since the gift card was for their store, target said they cannot issue a refund because I didn’t purchase with them!?… $50 down the drain!

do not purchase any gift cards of any kind from this store.... i purchased a gift card for target from this store. a couple weeks after i gifted it to my friend she called me and told me it had no fundfs. ( i was embarrased and annoyed). i called to store to let them know and they said i had to contact corporate becuase there was cothing they could do. after 3 months of dealing with corporate( emailing eachother back and fourth) they said my case was closed becuase the funds were in the account. called target to check gift card balance and they said there was no money in the card. called walgreens again and they said that my friend, the person whom i gifted the card to could call and complain. long story short nothing was resolved and i ended up loosing $100.

Came by to pick up some pictures that I ordered and they were ready to go right away. I ordered ahead of time on the app so that way there was a smoother transaction. Quick and easy.

There was a special price when I saw it, but when I checked out the original price, I was told that the special price was gone after talking to the cashier! I said what about the special price brand? Say no. I asked, what about the price tag? Tell me that if there is no price tag, it is the price in the computer! This is cheating consumers! Just ask me if I want it, and when I ask the price, I just say the original price. What is it? This is cheating. If I don’t ask or look at the bill to see if I bought it, I can’t refund it! Things are expensive and this kind of service deserves no customers.

Called the pharmacy at 11:15am after my doctors appointment ended at 11am to confirm they received my prescriptions and to ask what time they can have it ready. I wasn’t asking for it to be rushed but just to see how long they need to complete it. I was told 12:30pm so I went in at 1pm to pick up. The tech straight up lied to my face and told me they JUST received the prescriptions and to come back after 3pm. I wouldn’t have been upset if she just told me it wasn’t ready and asked if I wanted to wait or to come back later but she didn’t give me the option to wait and had the audacity to lie and make it seem like I was ridiculous for showing up when the prescriptions were just sent over (which it wasn’t). I already wasn’t feeling well and the whole point of me calling for an estimated ready time was so I only needed to make one trip. So I called her out in her lie and told her I already called around 11am and someone confirmed the scripts were received. Only then did she say to give them a few more mins to finish the prescriptions. I’ve worked in a pharmacy and I know how it runs and how hectic things can be. I understand that and by no means expect perfection but lying and making it seem like I was at fault for showing up when they “just” got the scripts and not giving me the option to wait wasn’t right.

05/03/2023 at 12 a.m.Worst worker ever, I KINDLY tried to ask this lady (walgreens worker) an advice for a baby product and she got very very mad at me for no reason, I paid for the product my baby needed and I asked for a bag, and she gave me the bag with the worst attidute then she literally THREW the change on me when she gave me the receive. Crazy woman. The lady was around 30 years old, dark hair and she had a moustache too

They really get caught off guard with the random traffic in the store during the mornings. You usually see one employee cashiering , and the mana get tries to go around packing online orders and often time you just have to "wait" and just "wait" some more. I guess it's the way life is if you shop at Walgreens. Tough business
