best Verizon store around. The rep on duty, I believe his name was Alex, was incredibly helpful. He helped Us upgrade our phones and get a great deal. He managed to get our monthly rate lower and we got new phones.Thank you so much.

If you want to deal with idiots come here. They close before 8 pm and make it seem like you are asking them to do something more than their job. The guy working on 10/23 was huffing and puffing complaining the whole time how Im there last minute when in fact it wasn't 8pm. Very poor customer service. If you don't want to help paying customers then go get another job. Closing up before actual closing time is not acceptable.

I placed a pickup order at this location and called to check its status, as the last order I placed at another Victra location was canceled without explanation. I was on hold for a while, then opted for the call back option--when they called, they took my info, then transferred me (on hold again). Then after taking me off hold, they assumed I was another customer who had called previously and without letting me say anything, said they "couldn't do the order" and hung up.

If I can give no stars for this place, I would definitely give this place no stars. Never go to this store to pick up your order. I came straight from work to pick up an order of mine because a Verizon Agent told me the day before, that my order will be ready for pick up the next day. As soon as I came in, another customer was already shooed away from the manager. To sum it up, the manager and her coworker refused to give me and the other customer our phones that we had ALREADY preordered online because we weren't in-store customers. They even had mentioned that the phones were in the back but still refused to hand us the phones we had paid for JUST BECAUSE we were not in-store customers. I kindly asked the Verizon guy if I can have an in store appointment and he said "No we are busy", I was the only customer. He even said "Look at the sign on the door, it says appointment only", but the sign on the door said "VIP PREMIUM FOR MOVIES." The coworker even told us if you want the new phone, you have to buy 5 accessories. There's no way a Verizon store should be treating customers like that regardless of what they are there for. If you have the chance to pick up your order somewhere else, do it somewhere else and not this location. They refused to give you your phone even if you paid for it too. I hope this store closes down because of both the suspicious behaviors of the manager and her coworker. Tracy and Daniel, thank you for treating us, Verizon customers, with no respect and ignoring us. You were of no help for the other customer and me. Read the reviews before placing your order here because I carelessly ignored the reviews and now I'm on the phone with an ACTUAL Verizon agent situating this issue.

Sadly my problem wasn't fixed but it wasn't this specific store's fault. I have a unique problem that Verizon as a whole still hasn't been able to fix. The only reason for the five stars is because of the worker there. Alex Lee was working extremely hard. At one point, he was handling two phone calls and three customers at the same time. I really don't know how he did it. We was calm, kind, and helpful the whole time. It seems that Verizon's system itself was the only thing slowing him down. The way he switched from English to Mandarin was also very impressive. These five stars aren't for Verizon. They are for Alex.

Thanks to Zanna for helping my picky daddy and mom upgrade the new phones. Zanna is very patient and warm treated with him and every customer who enters the store. Hope to see her again next time.
