Great customer service and care. Took my car here and they were prompt and identified the issue within minutes. Didn't charge me for the service. This is why i come back time after time to ToyoStar. I highly recommend this place for the service and customer care.

Brought our 2020 vehicle in for a simple oil change. 6 days later car is putting out white smoke, the check engine light came on, and error message displayed on the screen that stated 'malfunction in the electronic control of the engine, throttle, or automatic transmission has been detected. Contact dealer.' Took car to Longo Toyota, and they asked who we had do oil service, because it was 2 quarts over. So we ended up paying the dealer to correct the issue. In all the years we've had cars, never had someone overfill oil. Disappointing service. Won't be back.

The service really sucks! I brought my car there to have them fix the problem of vibration coming from underneath the chassis, and they fixed it by replacing the parts that’s not where the problem came from, and what’s absurd is that they don’t care about whether the problem with your car gets fixed or not.I will never come back to this car shop that sucks so much in the way it does it’s business and couldn’t care less about whatever customers care about!总之，这家Toyostar修车厂的服务水平和服务意识，都是烂透了。I really mean and am serious about what’s commented here.

I've been their customer since 2009. I didn't know cars much, but they always served my 2004 Camry well. Now I have much more knowledge about cars and I change the oil filter and air filter myself, but for more complex jobs or anything I'm not sure about, I always go back to them. Their price is always reasonable, and they only use quality parts. For most parts they only use OEM, but for some parts, they use 3 parties that the quality is better than OEM. And they will let you know if it is OEM or not. All in all, I've trusted them for many years and never feel disappointed.

I needed an oil change. I called three service shops. Toyo Star is the one that can accommodate same day service and does not require appointment. That shows they have the best scheduling flexibility. Their service is prompt and efficiency. Within an hour of my call, they have done the job. Last time, I had my battery replaced. Their service was flawless and the new battery is of the Toyota quality. Toby was always polite and friendly in dealing with customer, I highly recommend this shop.

Friendly, quick, and professional. No upsales, no beating around the bushes, and no technique to squeeze extra dollars from me. I recommended this place. I just love a business who understands that an extra $100.00 or so would not have made him a rich man, nor made me a poor person. But it made me feel very good and satisfied.

always bring my Lexus vehicles to the pros at Toyo Star! they have serviced my 2008 Lexus ISF and 2016 Lexus GS350 for years with great service at reasonable prices. open concept so you can see them work on your car and Dennis is always upfront about service needs. Oil changes are a breeze even on Saturdays I'm in and out in under an hour!

These guys know their stuff! We took our Lexus in expecting substantial repairs. Dennis quickly and correctly diagnosed the trouble, quoted a fair and reasonable price and had the work completed the following day. We may start a fan club for Toyostar.
