The owner or at least the guy who is there most of the time is awesome! Super friendly and knows what he's talking about. I ended buying a vape that was 5 dollars more expensive than the one I usually BUUUT has almost TWICE as many hits and has amazing flavor, I don't think I'll be going back to Flume's anymore lol thank you Leo! Looking forward to my next visit!

Great selection and clean shop located right next to the FedEx store, tucked away in the corner. Customer service is excellent too.

walked in to find a whole flock of young bros hanging out looking like they just had turned 18 and were asking a million questions holding up the line. once i got past them staff was friendly and my turn took exactly 1:30 second

This vape shop definitely deserves 5 stars. Finding the location: GPS is accurate, the store is easy to locate visually, and parking is easy. The store: Clean, organized, with the right amount of lighting. Service: Quick, accurate, professional. Perfect. This is the first time I've been here. I got exactly what I needed quickly and after answering a few quick questions, the person selected a juice for me that actually fits what I was looking for exactly. Thanks

overpriced on everything and have stupid rules when buying them lolthere single pack pods and you can't buy singles..... it's u have to buy 2 or none. what kind of rule is that? this shop is dead because they overcharge on everything

Shop is clean, great. Lily is very friendly. Totally recommend this place for typical vaping needs, mods, juice, coils, etc. Fair prices too.

Nathan is the Man!! Not only does he sport an awesome upbeat attitude but also has product knowledge. My wife and I could drive into orange to a closer vape store but we choose Vape Citi instead. Thanks Vape Citi !! See ya for our next re-up.

This is the best experience I've had at any vape shop. They want you to come in and chill, and make sure your gear is working to your satisfaction. Josh is so friendly, helpful, and honest! I wanted to stay and chill and talk vapes with him all day!

Incredible service! I went in to get new batteries and before moving forward he checked to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with my vape (I hadn't used it in years). 20% off juice with check-in just sweetened the whole experience.
