Lived here since 2012,, I. An say it’s decent ,, and staff are always on top of things to help in maintaining complex and cleanliness, althight pools do seem to be weekly cleaned, what needs a good scrubbing are the insides of jacuzzi and Jets and heat to be in proper working condition. It would be great if it was still affordable housing based on household income ?

I didn't actually go into the apartments. I went to pick up a client for work they just happened to live there. It looked good from the outside nice landscaping.

Just wanted to give my feedback after living here for almost 2 years. Place is great ?, The area is also great, and the management is very friendly. DD & Angie are amazing. They’ve always made living here welcoming.When placing maintenance request, it’s always done in a timely manner, same day if it’s urgent. The property is always well maintained, Grass is cut weekly and it smell fresh, specially the kids park. Nothing to complain.Thank you to the management and the rest of the team, looking forward to more years to come.

Since the first day my family and I were welcomed by DeeDee and Angie. They are both so very kind always very helpful they even had a welcome home basket waiting for us on our counter. I thought that was the sweetest thing…Also Mrs. Linh Phan from the project access resource center was very kind and caring. This place is a great place to live they always get things done here. The maintenance is great as well. The property is always quiet,clean, neighbors are nice as well. If you want to find your next home I recommend this place.

This place is very unprofessional. The staff in the office don't answer the phone , I made a house call on my only available day off , they had me wait 1-5pm and no one ever showed up . No one contacted me , and then they went in one day when I was at work without my permission or even attempting to call me , and I specifically said I don't give permission to enter . Called over 10 times over various days , no one answers , very dissatisfied with the way things are done here. They came in without permission and didn't notify me , they just came on in .

Don't come to live here The Manager Dee Dee is the worst manager ever so rude and talk to the people with no respect they needa fine someone better then her no people skills. If you work for these apartments they live here for free what kinds stuff is that Dee bragged to everyone that she lives their for free since she works their that's no equal at all...

My sister lives here .I go to visit and its kept very clean in the outside area and it seems they are very attentive to the apartment complex. My sisters apt is cute and pretty big in size
