Jaqueline, Jaqueline, Jaqueline. Why were you so angry today? I hope your day eventually got better because you certainly ruined mine with your nasty attitude. My daughters ordered a birthday gift online for their grandma to be picked up at the store. There were a young Asian man in front of us but I didn't pay much attention to him until I heard him raised his voice a bit asking the cashier Jaqueline, "Why are you treating me this way? Why are you accusing me when all I wanted was to return two chap sticks that I accidentally purchased the wrong kind for?" - he seemed noticeably upset, while our "sweet little" Jacqueline unapologetically took $8 from the cash register and literally threw the money down the counter and started to mumbled to herself while that young man walked away extremely angry. Our "sweet" Jaqueline then proceeded to throw some items into the go back area before turning to me. I nicely informed her I had an order pick up and she literally cut me off while taking out her scanner and without looking at me, sarcastically said "Un Momento, por favor". I was quite shocked as it was obvious my children and I are Asian so why did she intentionally speak to us in Spanish? Instead of getting upset, I said "Gracias" since she decided to play the language game. She then looked up at me and said in English, "I do not know any other Spanish words besides what I just said". She then walked away. She walked back with my item and while handing the item to me, I wanted to ask her if I could get a gift receipt but I couldn't even get my sentence out because when I said "I am sorry, can I .." she cut me off and said "No" and walked away. I said, "Excuse me?" In which she responded" You wanted a bag right? No you can't, you don't get a bag for this order, but if you want one I can give you one".At that point, I was livid. I asked her for her name and she didn't provide it to me. I was able to get it from her name tag. How can someone like her still be employed? If she hates Asian people so much, she should transfer to another location since Rowland Heights bordering Puente Hills are mostly of Asians. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit because her bad attitude ruins people's day. I've shopped at Target for over 25+ years and I can honestly say she's the worse employee I've ever came across. She's just terrible and I hope after I contact the corporate office to file a formal complaint, they could offer her some retraining on customer service.

I haven't done a store pickup here in a year or so and forgot that i always avoid this store because it takes forever to get help. In addition most of the time they have to grab my order from a different storage area which takes a few minutes vs other locations. This time around there were no employees to help 4 of us in line at the service desk so after two minutes of waiting I left the store after buying some Kleenex. I typically buy pharmacy and cleaning stuff and most things are overpriced but stuff I can grab now if I have time to wait in line but this time around I've had it with the lack of an associate to help anyone. I don't like being held hostage when I already bought the stuff but there's no associate to grab it. I suspect I might get better service with Drive Up instead sadly. If I have to goto Target I'll go to Walnut or La Habra instead.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Service has always been good when I come into this target. Selection has also been consistent with variety. I come in because value is always top tier. I have been bringing my service dog inside the store for years and have not gotten a complaint nor been told to not do so. Today, September 5th,2023, I was asked by a male employee by the name of Grant who worked assisting the self checkout area, if my dog was a service dog. As I recall, customers have always been able to bring their pets into Target without getting scolded. Whether a pet is a service animal or not, employees are not allowed to ask customers if their pets provide such services to their owners.

This is a review of their online purchase and pick up service at the front counter. Ordered the new Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and a Nintendo switch pro controller on their website which they had limited stock. I was able to reserve these items right away and within 1 hour of placing the orders online, I got a notification that they were ready for in person pick up. The line for the service desk hasn't been too long since the past 3 times I've visited despite this being a major target hub/store for Rowland Heights. Staff was friendly and helpful. When picking up your item; make sure to have your ID and your barcode from the target app (preferably) since it makes the whole process easy and faster for both the employee and for yourself. The price I paid for these items were of good value and in mint condition so can't complain there. I'll definitely order more from this convenient service for any of my gaming needs!

This store will continue to be as horrible as their management team. I've never been yelled at by a grown man for seemingly no reason. So here's the story: myself and a friend go in to buy starwars trading cards (yes starwars I know ) I didn't feel like purchasing them because honestly had no idea what they were. My pal buys one pack and open in the car.I think they're neat and wants some of my own but the manager has different plans. He said he can't sell me any cards because I have already entered the store before (what the F?!) yes I'm not joking he says this to me and I was very confused. I ask him why and he tells me because he says so. I am a female in my late 20s and this man is treating me like a little kid lmao (no there were no signs stating limits or once you leave you can't come back in )In short: don't go here, The tallmanager I think Daryl was his name is insane and runs the store like a prison guard. And no I never did get to buy those cards He told me no and I stood there in shock and then he proceeded to yell at me to leave the store lmao I'm still in shock honestly

The pick-up employee working at the pharmacy with the huge thick lashes that are about to fall off her eyes was rude! I needed my prescription transferred from another CVS and she told me that I had to do it myself. I didn't understand her. I told her I always do this go to the pharmacy and tell them I have a prescription ready at another CVS, but since I'm here, I'd like to pick it up. They always transfer it.She told me to call the other pharmacy and have it sent. I told her that she was supposed to do that. I then went to Zane, who is the real pharmacist who assisted me. He is very polite and knowledgable. Then I saw her telling another employee that I requested my prescription from another CVS pharmacy (like I'm the idiot here) and the other employee told yeah big eyelash girl that she could have taken care of it. Wow! She may be incompetent, but don't be rude on top of it!

4.5 Stars1) Good location located next to a Ross which is great! 2) Friendly people 3) Starbucks inside 4) Generally clean 5) Compliant #1: They were completely OUT of hand sanitizer at both stations, I like cleaning my shopping cart handles and had to use a open Purell bottle that the people were using in another aisle.... Management needs to stay on top if this Compliant #2: They only have 4 self-check-out stations... They need 8 so the line doesn't backup as it does each time I shop here

Since we were in the area we had to buy our monthly supply of paper towels and toilet paper, the big package that last a few months LoL. This is one big store that's fully stocked with all the popular products I am looking for. It was very busy and the lines were long until they had more employees open up a few more registers.

it's a target. target is inherently entertaining ( has Stuff ) and usually stocks things a person needs, as well as things they didn't but they buy anyways just because. target is just a very general.. Place. for me this one drops a couple stars-- mainly at the registers. only one or two are active at any given time, and only half of the self-checkout registers are functional as well. i waited in line about 20 minutes to purchase three items. the selection here is pretty good and i've had good experiences with employees the couple times i've needed anything from them but just knowing i have to wait that long in line to get out of the place is a huge deterrent. :( hoping they can figure that bit out.

Came to pick up my drive up order and good thing I checked my items because I was missing an item from my order. I asked the employee and instead of trying to help me right away they tell me to wait. What should of been an easy fix and fast pick up ended up being longer than expected. I probably should of just gotten the items myself in person.

After many years still no improvement in customer service. Especially their store manager. Rude and loud towards his colleagues and customers. Unbelievable that he's still around.

Customer service here is never a problem for me. I always like the professionalism from all the employees! Today, one of the cashiers named Maya was very polite and professional. It made me want to leave a review of how much I appreciate customer service from the employees.

This location is really slow with the drive up orders. I've had to cancel multiple orders and just go grab my items inside more than a few times. The app will say the order is ready within 2 hours but on multiple occasions, I did not receive any notifications after 5-6 hours, even with small orders that have 1-2 items. On two separate occasions, I had items missing from my order after I picked them up. Last night, I ordered Mucinex for children and some misc items. I went to go pick up the item just now (5pm) and the Mucinex was not in the bag. I then called the store to see if I can go back and grab the rest of my order and the guy that services the drive up/customer service line picks up the phone and immediately asks to put me on hold. It's been a full 20 minutes and I am still on hold. Now I have to drive around with 2 sick toddlers to buy cold medicine.

The black guy that works at the front by the registers was very rude. He bumped into me and my 8 year old son while we were getting our bags from the cashier and putting them in our cart. Didn't say excuse me sorry nothing didn't even look back. He had no reason to even walk so close to us. There was plenty of space there. I think he's a manager as well so that must be the attitude of the whole store. Might as well go to Walmart if I'm going to have to put up with rude people at least it's cheaper and wider selection. Cant believe Walmart is the better choice.
