Very expensive price.$1800 repair cost includes $1200 labor. Take oil change just 2 months ago. Come again to repair engine problems. He told it would cost $300 to change the oil again. When I asked why the oil needed to be changed so soon after the change, he said there was no record of the change in the computer. This makes me very suspicious that the last oil change not doing right and caused the engine damage 2 months later. Then he told me that an engine temperature of 85 would cause engine damage. Replacement engines are expensive and require immediate repair. The panic he created made me very worried about my car. Agreed to a $500 repair. After I took back my car, the engine temperature still showed 85. I checked some information online. 85 is normal temperature and does not need to be repairDon’t give you car to him ! Took my car to get brakes "fixed" two years ago. Ken said the engine light for brake sensor should go away after driving. The light never went away. Came back this time cause my brake light was on and he said 1500 for everything. Of course I didn't pay. What a scam.

Came here 2 years ago and got my bmw tire sensors "fixed". Spoilers, it never got fixed and the inactive light on my bmw never went away. I came back and Ken said I'd have to spend 1500 to "fix" it.

Very good repair store all my cars are repaired here almost 10 years (Audi A4/ BMW E70 X5/ BMW F15 / Subaru Crosstrek/ Mazda CX-9/ Acura TL) Very professional and also Ken is the only mechanic I trust for many years, I will continue to patronize until the day Ken retired. I love TB Auto and Thanks for take care my cars so many years!

Spent a couple grand here to fix my car's heavy blue smoke (burning oil). The guy teared the engine apart, replaced gasket and other components. He had to reassemble the engine TWO times because a mistake was made during the first assembly. The mistake delayed the job for another week. When I ask him about the new paint damages, he denied it like a typical snake oil salesman. 1 month later, after everything, the smoke came back just like nothing was fixed.The place is unprofessional, untrustworthy and gives a shady vibe. I wouldn't trust this place for a simple oil change.Service: Engine repair

I have been a loyal customer with Ken and his crew for 16+ years. He has lots of knowledge, explains issues well, and is reasonable in cost. I take all of my cars to him for service and repair and continued to do so even though I live an hour drive away. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

I have been coming here to Ken to service my cars for years. He is not the least expensive in the area but he lets you know what is the best service for your car and why. He also tries to use manufacture parts if possible. I have to say my 2013 Toyota Sequoia runs a lot more smooth and quieter after I started coming to Ken. If you are going to keep your cars for years I recommend TB auto. If you have a lease and does not have time to go to the dealership Kem will take care of your car. If you are a loyal customer sometimes he will charge you just the parts and not labor for small quick jobs. ?

The brakes & rotor they replaced only last for 3 months then came up with noise! The owner Ken said because the German rotor is softer than Japanese, so that is normal and there is no warranty. I know he used after market parts but charge you as high as Mercedes. You will not see any Mercedes logo or sign in his shop or on the wall, I believe they have law suit or citation from MB by using the fake MB parts as genuine. Owner is sweet talker when you first time in service, but he will refuse to handle any warranty if there is any thing wrong after that.

Best shop to take your car to! Ken is the most honest owner and has trained his staff very well. I went to two auto repair stores before this and they messed up my BMW X1. Ken repaired their mistakes and found the real issue. He is very knowledgeable about cars and is able to explain what is wrong in layman terms (this shows his expertise to me). He updates you on all the repairs done with video evidence of what's wrong. Take your European cars here! BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, etc. You can even take other brands because Ken is honest enough and will tell you if the repair is within his skill set. That is what you want, a mechanic who is super skilled and won't do guess work on your car. The poor reviews I see on here look like they're from fake profiles from surrounding shops too.
