Xiaonan Chen is the best loan officer! We had a short loan contingency period and she expediated the loan process so we were ready to close sooner than the closing date. She's on top of things, and guided us every step. She's responsible, knowledgeable and always so thoughtful for us. You can definitely count on her to take care your loan.
