I stopped by to pick up a couple of products for my girl , she’s been coming to Sally’s for many years, also to the stores in Pomona and Upland.First off I want to mention they have great customer service. Alondra the young lady that was working, was courteous and friendly, and knew her products. This store in Rowland Heights is fairly big with lots of items. I’m sure one can find their products for their hair needs. They have different specialties that one can use,like a licensed colorist. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls close by.

Non of these girls could help me out with an even exchange. They said for the same 5 products that I needed to pay $20 more because they're different. I had to call and verify with another store if I was eligible to do an even exchange I have all my receipts info attached to my account. I've never had aproblem exchanging my items before. The store on Hacienda said they would help me out and the price just needs to be adjusted only. I explained to them I've done it plenty of times before and they were just no help. Pls properly train these employees instead of just turning away customers because of incompetence.

Not sure why the hours say open until 8pm, I show up at 7:30 and the store is closed. Maybe someone is just trying to leave home early. Store should change their hours so people don't drive all the way here just to drive back home empty handed wasting my time.

Went to buy some bleach and hair dye on 5/16 as soon as they opened. I asked the lady at the register if they carried the peroxide i was looking for. She said it was in the first aisle. She was so rude and even when I couldn't find the product in the aisle she just said if it wasn't on the floor they didn't carry it. They did have it, I just couldn't find it and she didn't even come from behind the register even when I asked her to help me check. After I found it, I went to pay for my things and she was still being so rude. So unprofessional. I asked for her name, she told me her name was Desiree and asked why I needed her name. I told her I wanted to write a review and she said "Well I don't even work at this location " ... which is funny because she was working on 5/16... at that location. Either way, whether she works there full time or not, this employee representing Sallys was super disappointing and rude and is the complete opposite of the helpful workers I usually find in a Sallys. She let me know that it was not a personal salon and she didn't have her cosmetology license so she couldn't help me. I told her that I only needed help finding products I had already chose and that I would assume she had more knowledge than I did considering I don't work at a beauty store that sells hair products. She replied with, " Well maybe you should apply then." Like ??? Definitely will not be returning to this location, I am baffled on how they could hire someone with such customer service skills. Did not feel welcomed at all.

This location claims to close at 8:00 PM. I got there at 7:40 PM and the metal gate on the inside of the glass doors and the glass doors were already closed. This was so annoying because technically there were 20 minutes left before the false advertisement time on the web and the door. Sally's update your hours on the website!!!

Always out of products and takes forever to restock. Not all Sally stores are like this which is why I'm making this review. I've made more than several interactions with the employees about the same item and they come up with statements like "It will be here Friday". I check the expected day for the item and surely it isn't stocked. Same goes for the upcoming days.

The last time I was here was about a year ago. The customer service was a 0. Literally. Nobody greets you at the door or asks if you need help even though there is always someone behind the register and another one walking around. I told myself never to return. I was down the street this morning and saw they open at 11am. I got there at 10:50am so I'm waiting in my car. It's pouring outside. It's 11am and no one opened. I waited until 11:10am and it was still closed. I called as well and no one was there to pick up the phone. Whether the opener was running late or called out someone else should have been there. This location is so unprofessional don't bother coming. It's horrible.

This is the best experience I've had at a Sally's! At the locations where I live, the workers never ask me if I need help, or when I ask, they give me short handed replies. But here is different! Don't know why the reviews are so low here. I came in today (Sept 24th @ 12:40 pm) and the girl here with blonde highlights was very nice! (I didn't catch her name). Very attentive and asked if I needed help with anything. Overall just very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely come back again.

Never coming here again.. the ladies need to fix their attitudes and this isn't the first time I came and had to deal with an employees attitude. How are you going to work customer service and have a bad attitude ?.. make that make sense

Stopped by yesterday to grab more hair dye and to ask about color remover at store #584. I was greeted by the staff Jasmine & Melanie, and they were quick to help me with my questions.Keep in mind I haven’t been to Sally’s since before the pandemic, so I did have a lot of questions. Luckily they were SUPER patient & helpful. They showed me products they heard were great and helped me choose out hair health maintenance items that were 4 for $20. Typically when I go to beauty/makeup stores, the staff usually seem cold but these girls were so friendly and informative. Not only that, there was a lady who came in and caused a scene about a product & it’s price……the girls handled it so well and tried to help her to the best of their ability. After observing the rude lady leaving, I could tell the girls were so mature and remained kind during the situation.These girls are great, I will be coming back! Thank you Melanie & Jasmine!
