Response to the store:
I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review. However, I am disappointed by the dismissive and defensive tone of your reply. My intention was to provide honest feedback about my experience in your store, not to engage in a back-and- forth dispute.
Firstly, I must emphasize that my experience was not fabricated. The interaction with the staff member was indeed unpleasant and unprofessional. As a first-time buyer, I had genuine questions about your products, and I expected to be treated with respect and patience. Instead, I encountered impatience and rudeness. For example, I asked him what's the main difference between 2 same size rifle with 100 dollar price difference, his response was there were no difference between them dispute the price difference… but yet he recommended the more expensive one.
Regarding the phone call duration, whether it was 3 minutes or 10 minutes (which it was def more than 3 mins), the fact remains that the staff member very abruptly left our conversation to take the call, which I found to be disrespectful. Customer service should be a priority.
I understand that you are a small local shop, and serving multiple customers can be challenging. However, this does not excuse poor behavior from your staff. And there were only 2 sets of customers there that day and 2 staff, so it wasn't like he had to handle multiple customers. All customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances.
My review was meant to highlight areas where your service could improve, not to disrespect your business. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and work towards enhancing your customer service. It's crucial to create a welcoming environment for all customers, especially first-time buyers who might need more assistance.

If I could give zero star or negative points I would. The bold male stuff wearing golden glasses is very disrespectful, unfriendly and impatient. We are first time buyer so had some basic questions about features and brands. He was very impatient with us. Talked with us in a very unfriendly tone the entire time, and talked in the phone for 10 mins during our conversation. She treated us like we were begging for something. Very disappointed, taking our business somewhere else.
I wish I could give zero or negative points. The average tall male salesman wearing gold rimmed glasses was very rude, unfriendly and impatient. It was our first time buying and we had some basic questions about functionality and branding. He was very impatient with us, spoke to us in a bad manner throughout the process, and even made a phone call for ten minutes while we were talking. The whole process seemed like we were begging him to buy something. I’m very disappointed and I don’t recommend anyone to come here at all. Buying a gun should be a happy process. There are so many places selling guns, why bother coming here to feel angry.

These are good guys. Obviously if you go in at 11am on Saturday when there a ton of other people it might be hard to get attention. Choose your time wisely and be respectful and the respect will be reciprocated. They have some super cool guns too.

This is my favorite store to buy ammo at in my area. They have the best prices on .308Win and 7.62Nato that I have seen, anywhere. The prices of .38Spl, .40S&W, 5.56×45mm, .223Rem are among the cheapest I have seen, as wellFor a small store they have a good selection of handguns, with great prices. There's also a large amount of older rifles on consignment, mostly Bolt action hunting rifles with some SKS's mixed in.The new rifles are quality. It's a revolving stock of very nice AK47's, AR15's, Mini 14 and 30's, PTR's, bullpup shotguns, etc. I have yet to buy a firearm there, but that will change soon.

They have some excellent pieces in stock that you won't find anywhere else. I didn't ask for any special favors, but the guys seemed pretty cool to me and I didn't get a vibe that they were rude or untrustworthy at all. The big dude Tank seems like a real good guy as did everyone else. Prices are very reasonable. I like this store and will definitely be back.

There is a second brother from Guangdong or Hong Kong. He talks as if he has eaten gunpowder. He thinks he is a superior person. I thought he was talking to Jack Ma. With such little business, I thought he was in the Ministry of National Defense. The boss in Beijing is really good at recruiting people.

Very rude sales people. They act like they are still in China. I am Asian but I hate doing business with Asian people especially Chinese. They are not trustworthy.

This shop is great!!!! It is a 2 man operation and they are very nice and very knowledgable. I needed some a lower parts kit transferred to another lower with the buffer tube and stock since my eyes aren't what they used to be dealing with the detent springs and tiny detent pins. I called ahead asking how backed up their gunsmith was and was told to come right in. I walked in and the owner Tank was very pleasant wrote up the slip and I left the parts. A few days later I got called that it was done so I went over and picked it up, they were very slow so we chatted away about different guns and wow he knows his stuff!!!! I did find this place on yelp and some of the other reviews are quite funny as I am not asian and I realize the paperwork to buy a gun takes a while so the wait in any gun shop is normal. I will definitely go back when I need work done and to scope out the many old guns they have there as well as a very nice STI race gun!!!!!!!! Thank you Tank

Kind of rude. I waited about 10m without a acknowledgment patiently waiting for the next salesman. I was obviously next as there was only one other party was being helped by all three salesman for some reason. While I'm waiting two other sets of people come in. As soon as the salesman was free he goes directly to the party that had just shown up and asks to help them then looking at me as he passed me. I walked out. I won't be going back.
