Very poor. No problem. They will detect a bunch of problems for you. Small problems will be detected for you and you will need to change your car. If you can, you will be cheated. It is still a shell of Firestone store and involves commercial fraud.

Been coming here for a little while now
Not to often but the last 5 years they do the job, fair price.
Never came with car problems but came for regular maintenance like fluid changes and what not.
I’ve gone to other places and found out the hard way it wasn’t done right.
So if you need something done I would recommend you come here.

This store charges very expensive fees. They charge 40$ to check the chassis and find problems. I will not come to this store again.

Do not waste your time coming here. Came here for inflation, I was being told they need to charge $5 for inflation. All firestone location are free to inflate tires except this store. Obviously this is not “official” rather a counterfeit ones. And, the employee is very disappointed and arrogant, he disrespects its customers. Would never pay my visit here anymore. Good job.

Afternoon folks, just came in a couple of minutes ago to get a change of oil since my car was in desperate need in one, they asked if I was going to be waiting there I told them they can call me since they offered to call when it's ready so I decided to walk to Starbucks across the street I seen it was taking a while so I decided to walk back which it was almost an hour when I dropped it off the guy says are you here for your car? I said yes, he then says "oh it's been ready", um wow I thought, I could have gotten it sooner and to find out he is charging me $150 plus taxes so he wanted to charge me $164 and change I ended up telling him that is not what the other guy I had spoken to had said when I arrived earlier, he said it's taxes that $150 was not the total. Then while I'm getting my money out he starts to mention that my boyfriend called crying because the price is way to much which during this whole thing I was informing my boyfriend via text about how much it would be, and I didn't know he called and the employee was laughing about the situation and pointed to the board and the board said $140 something so they have it on the very top in the corner in the right side of the room false advertisement where you can't see you literally need to step over there to see when it should be in clear distance anyways at that point I was upset and didn't say nothing else he looked at me and said they will bring the car out. I started to walk out of the building and some other guy drove it up as I was walking towards my car not close to it yet I can see him getting out of the car and just walking away! Which is very unprofessional anyone could have just hopped in my car and take off since he left it on and left my key by my cup holders didn't even give it to me and didn't acknowledge if I had gotten into my car or nothing. What a horrible experience never again will I come here!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES, RIP OFF OF YOUR MONEY!!

DO NOT GO HERE! DISHONEST BUSINESS! So my wife went there for a DMV inspection for a new title. The owner David inspected the vehicle for $125. After inspecting the vehicle, he claimed that the rear brakes needed to be replace and gave my wife an estimate of $270 for pads and turning rotors. Stated without brake replacement he could not sign inspection certificate off. My wife told him she would talk to her husband and let him know. The following day he called and asked if we were coming in to his shop for brake job. We told him we went to our mechanic shop who would do the brakes for 140. Later in the day our mechanic called us and advised the rear brakes didn't need to be replaced as they still had over 50% life left. I called David and told him what my mechanic said. He still insisted on he had done a proper inspection and would not sign the inspection off without the brakes being replaced. It was clear to us he was trying to generate work for his shop. So we had to pay for brake job we didn't need. The good thing about the entire situation was we didn't allow him to rip us off with his over priced unnecessary brake job. Avoid this shop they're not honest.
