Patrick is truly an expert in his field, both with his customer service and their ability to design and cater to your needs. I came here with an old ring and wanted to re-design it into two rings - one for a birthday present, and one to propose with. The customization was second-to-none, and Patrick's a magician at his craft. Oh, and the price was VERY fair -- I expected to spend much more for *two* rings but he quoted me very reasonably and delivered on time. Amazing store, I simply cannot recommend Pro Gems enough.

Pro Gems was such a great place for me to pick out the engagement ring for my fiancé. Patrick and his team were so gracious and willing to teach me about diamonds and jewelry while I was shopping for a ring. This is my second major purchase at Pro Gems and they do not disappoint. Corinne is very knowledgeable about diamonds, she took her time to explain things to me and was very patient with my decision making process. Their workmanship and diamond sourcing techniques are top of the line. I have received so many compliments from friends and colleagues about the rings Pro Gems custom-makes for me. Corinne and Sharon were so great in helping my fiancé and I pick the perfect ring! They worked closely with me to provide the most perfect engagement ring. Their customer service was very great and they frequently communicated with me.We live in Chicago, so they worked really closely with us to find the best diamonds for our budget and what we were looking for. It was an easy process to work with Corinne and Sharon to find the perfect diamond and create the perfect setting I wanted. I am obsessed with my ring and it turned out even better than I can imagine! I would recommend them to everyone!

I bought my engagement ring from this store and Corinne was very helpful in the whole process. She spent the time to explain diamonds and the rating scale which I found very helpful. Unlike those big box stores that are trying to sell a brand with no customer service and charging more just for the name. I feel like something that means this important and is a monumental life event should be given the care and attention Pro Gems gave me. I am hoping to not have to buy another engagement ring but if I do will keep this store in mind.They also make custom jewelry and will consider them for that in the future as well

Amazing experience! Serene and Patrick gave us all of the attention and expertise we needed in selecting and designing our jewelry pieces. This place even offers same day jewelry adjustments and cleaning. Her prices are very fair and she has a very good diamond selection to choose from. Serene took care of us. I needed an engagement ring resized (1.24mm band width, 3.5 size to 4.0, side diamonds with center diamond). They were able to do it but said the engraving would be removed after polishing. She suggested my girlfriend not go through with the enlarging of the ring because during the winter she should be able to fit the ring. Thank you again Serene!
