Best Flower shop around town ! Penny's flower is the only place that still does Hong Kong Flowers and one of the Original shop that's been doing it for over 20 years. Penny the owner is such a sweetheart and so helpful . I come all the way from Orange County to get all my flowers from her. Thank you so much again !!!
