I would rate zero star if I could. This pharmacy is overcharging patients for sure, their prices even double the price of over counter medicine. Very disappointed.

Overcharge customers. ShadyEDIT:I am editing my review due to New Life’s response. They overcharged my parents and when they found out my parents found a new pharmacy, they begged them to come back making them offers with discounts. When my parents returned they were rude to them and never took ownership over their statements. Very unprofessional and no one should be overcharging someone when it comes to health. S H A D Y. There are so many other pharmacies you can find where the workers will show they care for you and your health, not trying to rip you off for more money. Don’t come here.

I found out they were overcharging my parents. So they switched to rite aid pharmacy, and New Life Pharmacy found out and reached back out to my parents saying they will match Rite Aid's price. However, when my parents arrived, they were given a bill $30 higher than Rite Aid's.

I don't know how to start but I will try to make it simple. I wrote review on Yelp as well because I think everyone should know what type of business they are running.I went to pharmacy today(12/6) to pick up my two medicines after my implants surgery. I dropped off my prescription and wait about 5 min and the lady at the front called me so I went to pick up and she told me it was $30 and I said it shouldn't be that much because I have insurance. Then she goes hold on..... so I said I was here before and she goes you were here back in 2014 and I said yes but it doesn't matter to you because I have same exact insurance which is tricare prime(for veterans)from US military.She looked at the screen not even a min and got my prescription from other lady and hand to me. You need to go somewhere else for this medicine. And I said what? I had to pay $30 to get my medicines so I can go to work. I didn't have time. when I go to wallgreen or CVS I never get this kind of treatment and they always told me thank you for your service. She just wants me to pay cash and didn't even try to help me. Worst experience today.

I was there just now for my prescription and she told me it was $30 and I know for sure it wasn't that much. So I asked her did you check my insurance and she said you were here back in 2014 and I said I know. If I give you my social you should able to use my insurance because it's from military(tricare prime) . She got my prescription back from other lady and gave back to me and said you need to go different pharmacy. What?? This is how you treated veteran? So I had to pay $30 from my pocket and left because I had to go to work. This is unacceptable and she didn't even try to find out how she can help me so I don't have to pay $30. Wallgreen always helped me and cvs does same thing and they always told me thank you for your service. I guess this pharmacy doesn't care too much because they only deal with Koreans or Chinese. Worst experience
