The slowest bank in existence. 1 teller per 11-14ppl Zero tellers for the business line Literally just 1 teller. Common occurrence here. Like why??? Over 10 ppl in line for the personal bankers

YOU WILL BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY if you are not of the same or a common ethnicity!! I'm a medical coder for Keck Medicine of USC and long story short had to cash a payroll check from Keck Medicine of USC here, which was a client of Bank of America. After waiting over 20 minutes to even be helped, patiently watching how courteous and friendly the employees were with the other customers (who you guessed it, were of the same ethnicity and spoke a similar language) I was finally waived over to a teller who just looked at me & didn't say a single word. After what seemed like talking to myself to state why I was there I provided my signed check and 2 additional forms of ID. For the next 5 minutes both the teller and someone else kept talking to themselves in their native language while putting my check up to the light, with a flashlight numerous times. Now considering this was a payroll check from a major hospital in CA that literally looked more official than your favorite referee, I knew instantly what they were doing was simply an absolute attempt to make me as uncomfortable as possible. After realizing wtf we both know which was there was not a damn thing wrong with the check he then tried to tell me it was going to cost $10 due to not being an account holder. Considering what I just experienced, the last thing I was about to do is give them the opportunity to earn my business. I'd honestly say shit needs to be called out by their "higher ups" but the fact that they are probably of the same ethnicity I'm not going to even try to waste my energy there & rather prevent it from happening to someone else.

Dude, this place is so depressing and slow. The administrative staff and bankers process customers' needs soooooo slowly. They are all pretty nice and calm, but it took me almost 2 hours just to obtain a few cashiers' checks and there was a long ass line out the door on a weekday afternoon....they need more staff. They should probably also offer complimentary water from a dispenser/coffee/some kind of candy dish/snacks for waiting customers. And lastly, at least let us use the restroom if you're going to have us waiting for...everrrrrr...

So many 1 star for a reason. I had cash deposit and the business window's cashier didn't want to help counting my deposit. I understand this is the branch policy, I am not arguing with her and I only told her I will go to other store to make deposit. Then she replied with an attitude, "The manager is at the door." I am not filing complain, why I should talk to the manager???She assumes I am filing complain about the cash count. She didn't realize it's not about the cash count, it's the attitude.

Bank of America has been the worst bank I have ever banked with every time I try to go in for some help the weight is too long and I know and I end up having to go to work expect to wait over an hour for any type of help and the online banking is useless especially when you can't log into it and no one can help you and don't even try to go about getting a loan because at first they'll tell you it's 5% and then when you get the loan it's 10% interest everything seems to be done online and through the phone can't get any in person.

Worst bank ever I feel bad for the workers , not enough bank tellers. All big banks in general is horrible . Understaffed in every branch . 1 branch per city. 1 teller I per branch. 100 plus loan staff.

Seeing that they already have one star makes it obvious that there have been several complaints about how bad customer service is here today is no exception.13 customers in line for a teller and only three tellers at the window, two of them in conversation with each other.Funny thing is when you visit a Bank of America where wealthy people reside lines are so much shorter and tellers so much more attentive.#bofaneveragain

Why I don't have an account at Bank of America well I came in to cash a check money that belongs to myself I've been sitting here for the last 15 minutes waiting for them to get the approval from I think the third or fourth manager so I would recommend for you to go to the credit union but don't bank at Bank of America and Wells Fargo is no better give me my money I'm not stealing anything this banking institution is trashlol
