Everyone, please pay attention to this Cat and Dog Planet pet store. Do not go there at home. I took our dog to bathe and have its hair trimmed. When I came back, the dog’s skin was broken. Something didn't feel right when I got home. The dog kept peeing in several places, and it looked like his skin was broken. And they don’t tell me what’s actually going on. This store is too dark.

I've been bringing my dog to MG Planet for a while now and I have to commend them for the great job they do with my anxious little lady! She always comes in frightened but they're always so patient and receive her so friendly. My dog always looks cute and clean afterwards.

I am the current owner of the dog. She is not lost and lives a happy life. She is still called "Mumu". We saw the information about finding an adoptive family around January this year, so we contacted the entrusted pet shop owner and contacted them. After many rounds of screening, we finally got the chance to adopt Mumu. The pet shop owner worked hard and didn't charge us a penny. He also gave us a large bag of dog food, a shoulder strap and a leash for free. He gave Mumu a bath and a haircut, and handed over the injection records given to her by the original owner. It was in our hands that we finally adopted Mumu. The owner of the pet shop was very kind, full of love for the dogs, and was not careless or lazy about what the original owner told her. Finally, she sent us out of the store and watched us get in the car and drive out of the parking lot before she went back! Thumbs up for her!

If you want to ruin your baby's look, you can come to this shop. It's the number one professional for random haircuts. The hair is not straightened. It's a mess and they'll charge you more for styling. It should be for disfigurement. The cost is worse than that of an amateur. No part of the body is evenly cut. You dare to open a shop with such shabby skills. I really admire the courage of the shop owner!

Please be careful. When I picked them up just now, the person at the pet store told me that as soon as I came to the pet store, There was something dirty in the corner of the dog's eye. I didn't comb it out with a comb. Now it's a little red. I said it's not dirt. It's the original wound that has scabs. You are combing the scabs. Of course you didn't comb it out. Of course, this worker will be red. The staff started to shirk the responsibility and said that I was only responsible for shearing in the morning and I was not there. No one told me. The workers here are so helpful and nice. I have three dogs and always come back for nail trimming because my dogs have black nails so it's hard for me to do myself. One of my older dogs has past trauma from being attacked by a coyote so she's very shaky and hard to handle but they always let me hold her while cutting her nails unlike other places that don't take the time- she hates being touched but she had severe matting near her privates so I was forced to get her a trim and this place did amazing with no injuries allowing me to hold her for her and the workers safety. Everything is reasonably priced but just a heads up, it is cash only.

My family has been coming here for 5+ years for haircuts/grooming/baths for our dog. The girls who work there are very friendly and it's very easy to call them to make appointment, even last minute ones. Like the other reviews, the pricing is very reasonable and cheaper. Location is also convenient. One summer my dog had a flea problem, and the girls there were very helpful in directing my mom in what products to buy and how to apply it to my dog. I never had my dog stay with them overnight so I can't comment on that. I agree the inside can be remodeled to look and smell better. Unfortunately others had bad experiences, but my dog was never injured/hurt at this place.
