Buyer Aware-Broken Easily, Horrible Service

We purchased 3 of Lotus ATS-2000 bidets with Professional Installation completed by the local Lotus Store. 3 bidets broke with different problems within 2 years of use. Very difficult to deal with Lotus Customer Service at Santa Ana CA for repairs even though they have 5 years of warranty. Within 4 years, 3 bidets repaired 3 times & 1 bidet was having same problem twice after it was just repaired less than 1 year later!
Do Not Buy Lotus product! We spent more than One Thousand dollar for each bidet & the poor quality of Chips & Parts that Lotus use is simply not worth of headache!

I'm a returning customer for lotus seats , we have used it in different houses, It helps so much to keep your personal hygiene perfect in bathrooms especially for girls. You're gonna love it and you will feel not complete without it after you get used to using it. Experiences the restrooms is at total different level.
I would recommend everyone to have these at home,
They also have different price level products with broad selection suits different scenarios, you could find the seats, suits different age group, gender group etc.

I bought one and it broke after just two years and one month. Unfortunately, the warranty period was just over. If I didn’t believe it, I bought it again and it broke within four months and stopped spraying water. I received service at home and replaced the parts for free, but I had to pay for labor. It’s not cheap either. From the time I bought it new, every time I spray water on it, the entire rear seat is covered with water droplets?! Half of my butt is full of water. DONT BUY LOTUS! Ridiculous!!! Product Quality is getting worst by the years. Recently, my house was flooded by one of their leak valve. called and Vivian said that it has been 2 years.. and already out of warranty. Apparently, she is a manager, however, she is not even offering to help to see how to resolve it. Buy Toto (Japanese brand), my friend told me that theirs never failed. i have been buying Lotus in the past.. and have no issue. their quality is really bad now!

I never knew that I needed this type of toilet until I vacationed in Japan. The toilets there all are automatic with bidets and with heated seats. I never felt more comfortable. After coming back to the US, I remodeled the restroom and decided to get one and I ordered ATS-1000. The remote control gives you all the options you wanted, instead of having to look on the side of the toilet. They have two types of pressure washing, the regular one and the feminine one. I have not used the Purestream function yet. There's also a dryer, which is at the right pressure and they all work well. Definitely pleased with this product. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and friendly customer service! The showroom is very nice, and it has many different models of smart toilet seats and toilets on display! Would highly recommend if you are in the market for bathroom remodel/renovation or simply wanting to get the latest and the most innovative smart toilet seats for your family or love ones!

My family is so happy to stop by the new store location when we do weekly shopping at 99 Ranch market. Wow, we are impressed with the Lotus store carries TOTO and Kohler bidets & toilets besides Lotus bidet seats. My two years old son likes walking back and forth in front of the TOTO washlet, because he gets so excited to see the bidet cover can open automatically. So Cool! I purchased a Lotus ATS-908 two years ago at Hong Kong Market. My mom and my dad truly fell in love with it. I think the Purestream function is the coolest thing ever in helping with constipation relief. This is so special that we missed a lot when we were away from home. So personally, I recommend Lotus rather than other brands. Every home should have Lotus bidet seat. It is amazing!
