It’s clean and doesn’t have crackheads like the laundromat in Hacienda Heights but the problem is that people come here with so much laundry they occupy almost every machine inside. Just today it was the lowest reported busy time all week on google but a lady had like 10 HUGE plastic bags full of laundry and was occupying 8 different washing machines.

First and last time at this dump. Rudest and craziest laundry mat operators I've ever come across. I go to help my husband grab our laundry with my service dog and the cleaning lady flips out on me as I'm taking laundry out. She's yelling in Spanish I can't have my dog in the laundry Matt and I tell her it's a service animal. I tell her she doesn't have to be rude I will leave with my animal after she's ask for his id. Lmao. My husband tells her our laundry is almost done she will step outside...which I do. The manager comes out all high and mighty saying she's calling the sheriff and I have the right to refuse service. We already paid $50 for our clothes and tell her no I'm outside let him finish and she calls the cops. Look at them lying to the cops saying we were refusing to leave. The cops let us finish our laundry. Lmao. Never come here avoid this place like the plague. The other reviews I should have paid attention too. Professionalism is not a thing they understand. Beware never come here ! They should shut back down. Don't come here! They will over charge you for damp wrinkled clothes

I came here a few minutes before they open at 6am because the laundry room at my apartment complex doesn't open until 9. It's coming up on 6:30 and they aren't open yet, so I'm debating going somewhere else. I thought that maybe Google had the hours wrong, but the sign on their window says 6am-10pm. Maybe something happened and I caught them on a bad day. This place is always really clean, so sometimes I prefer it to the laundry room at home.

Round two and still same bad experience with the cleaning crew!!! Swear !! I spent more than $30bucks tonight at this laundromat but when 9 came along and my loads were still in the dryer and had about 4-5 mins left that i couldnt let finish because hovering over my shoulder was the lead cleaning lady just standing there starring at me!! SHE IS SO FRICKIN RUDE! I CANT PUT WORDS AS TO HOW ANGRY I AM FEELING RIGHT NOW. BECAUSE ITS THE SECOND TIME. MY LAST VISIIT AND THIS ONE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I HOPE MGMT OR OWNER READS THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE STAFF LIKE THIS WILL LOSE GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS. LET ALONE, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS EXPERIENCED THIS SAME SCENARIO.RUDE! RUDE! RUDEST !!P.S. MY CLOTHES, SCRUBS , AND DENIMS WERE ALL WRINKLED WHEN I GOT HOME! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY aNd TIME!!!

This laundry mat is clean and machines are real nice and clean. But the staff that cleans and closes at night has to be the rudest group I have come across. The last in charge talks to people with no respect and wants to do everything, clean while people are still using machines and if you don't move out of her way then you better watch out for her earth. If she wants to clean and everyone out of way then she should close at 9 instead of saying it closes at 10. My thinking is they want to close at 10 and we are hurrying up to be out on time, but worth this lady she wants to mop the floor and close the place down before 10. She has the worse customer service and worse customer relationship skills. Then she wants to tell me that I was parked illegally in the parking lot, when I was loading my laundry. So I guess the laundry owns the parking lot to. I say stay away from this laundrymat.its not worth the headaches of dealing with the last or her daughter who has a mouth on her to. I guess they are the owners that's why they are still working there. P please tell your family and friends do not go to this business, they will have the worse experience ever.

I was thrilled when they re-opened! Wmesoecially with all the new machines that work just fine. Offering loads from single-5+ loads per machine. It's GREAT! BUT...EXCEPT MY LAST WASH EVENING. WHEN OT WAS CUT SHORT AT LIZERALLY 9PM WHEN CLOSING IS 10PM. I'm a mother and work 6days a week and Friday is my only off. So I come here to get my weeks worth of Lau dry done and the cleaning crew comes and takes over. I mean they literally were vacuuming I'm my face with the dust getting unto my newly washed clean clothes and sheets. One stood next to me starring straight at me with face like "hurry up lady!!" and as I rushed to remove my clothes (now going to be wrinkled because I couldn't even fold them there anymore)I asked what time does this place close?? She said 10pm but it's past 9:00 and they have to start this time and we should start taking our loads out. And they tool out other people clothes and stuff from the dryers when it wasn't even done and nit even closing time... my gosh! I love hard working people because I myself work hard to make a living for my family. But bad days come we can't bring it to work with us.. I got home and everything, my uniforms, kids school clothes, jeans were all wrinkled! Wasted my money coz had to dryer them again the next day just to remove some wrinkles!..

New laundry machines, every since the bad tradegy happened here a year ago, I'm glad it's re-open again☺️
