Their moving company service is not good. The movers does not care if they will cause damage to the floor if the move the furniture on the floor and keep asking cash for tips otherwise they will not leave.

This furniture store is the most treasured furniture store I have found in Los Angeles. The price/performance ratio is very high, there are many styles to choose from, and they also offer special offers from time to time! Especially I actually chose the dark brown six-drawer chest, which matches my bedroom perfectly! The installer who came to deliver the goods was also very professional and quick to install. He also patiently explained how to use it. This weekend I went to choose a few pieces of furniture.

There was a female clerk with a bad attitude. . We went there around 4pm. She asked whether you want to buy it or not. If you don’t buy it, it shouldn’t affect our get off work. My niece controlled her temper and bought 2 sets of sofas, a sofa table, a dining table, and 4 dining tables and chairs. A large mattress. Yesterday, 7/5/2023, when I drove the pickup truck to the store to pick up the goods, she said that these boxes belong to you. You should move them to the door of the store and then arrange how to load them into the car. You probably won’t be able to finish it all at once (if you can’t finish it, you’ll have to move it outside the store, who will watch over it). Then I asked one more question, how many boxes there were, and she became unhappy. Didn't I tell you, it was all those boxes. I didn't argue with her. I told my niece that there are so many Vietnamese-owned furniture stores in front of my house. You come here to buy it. What do you think? The clerk heard this conversation and left. Bad attitude.
