Steve is a honest watch repair guy. I brought 3 watches for battery replacement but all needed repairs including my wife's Omega. he diagnosed them without pressure to have them fixed. I ended up asking him to repair one of them and he didn't charge for checking the other two.

Needed a Daniel Wellington watch battery replaced for awhile now. Finally had some time today to get the battery replaced and found this gem on Yelp with raving reviews. Decided to stop by, which the place actually has a sign outside saying "Jewelry Mart" since the store shares a space with other stores. The store is located at the end of the room in the back corner. There was no wait on a Thursday afternoon and within 2 minutes of me putting in my request and handing him the watch, he had already replaced the battery, changed the time to the current time, and then placed it back on the counter for me to inspect. Fast, quick, and what one would hope and expect from a business that has been open for several years with (what I can tell from prior reviews) several returning customers. You can add me to that count.

I always wait till I'm in the area to visit Steven at his watch shop, located in the back side of the jewelry mart on Colima. If you see MoMo hot pot from the street, you're at the right spot. He's super sweet and gives very reasonable prices for my repairs - band changes, batteries, adjustments. I just brought my new Seiko in for a slightly more complicated band change and it was great! Got it done in less than 30 min, enough time for some shopping in the plaza. He's been around for ages and my parents have been going here as well since I was in school. Check him out. He's off Sundays and Mondays, otherwise 11-5pm on Tuesday to Saturday.

My old beat up Casio dive computer watch was in dire need of a new battery. I was afraid that, because it was not being used at all the battery inside had leaked and that it was no longer 'dive ready'. I didnt want to take it to just any mall kiosk for a battery change--those guys work on volume and often dont take the time to double check the work or ensure that the waterproofing seals are intact. Luckily I took to Yelp and found Steven at International Time Piece. Steven was open on the weekends and was about to close at 5 PM. I called him up, explained my situation and like a professional he agreed to stay a little bit later to help me with the battery. He quoted a very fair price and there were no hidden charges. He was able to see me, get the battery changed up, and get me on my way in less than 15 minutes. He even set the time and the date on the watch for me as well. He is honest and his work comes with a personal touch. Best of all, he wont waste your time.

Needed my watch strap adjusted but the nice gentlemen didn't want to charge me anything. But I insisted and paid for his time. Honest person. His shop is inside the jewelry store. Will visit again.

The owner Steven Yu is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. His price is reasonable, sometimes I feel that he is trying to save my money. Both my husband and I have been to his store three times already. Anyone needs watch repaired, I highly recommend Mr. Yu.
