There are two guys in this location, Marcos and Miguel. Marcos shouldn't be attending people, he is despotic, rude, prepotent, and part of the problem. And there is Miguel, nice, attentive, helpful, he is part of the solution. If you need to rent a car here, look for Miguel, you will thank me later. Marcos, let's say that he is the reason why this location doesn't get five stars.

This place sucks, lack of communication and has the worst service. The clerks or front desk is not friendly and doesn’t know how to communicate better. I scheduled a pick up at 10:30 and asked for the ETA, he never responded back and didn’t pick up my calls. A horrible place to do rentals with.

both the guys working today offered no help and were very indifferent about helping me with my car that kept marking i needed service but they’re very insistent on the car being able to handle a 6 hour drive as well as insisting i call and go to other locations because they do not want to do any work

I was impressed by the customer service and straightforwardness of the hertz at this location. Jason took his time to explain to me the details of renting a car and answered all of my questions about other rentals.Definitely will come back again in the future, the process was super fast and convenient.Thank you!

My car was at the dealership getting service and they use this car rental establishment. This was my second visit here the first visit which was during the summer was great but this visit was disturbing a little bit. It was during the time when it was raining. There is two ways you can enter the building. The location is very small so they a sitting area right in front of the two desk that you sit in wait. Upon arrival both employees where assisting other customers. There was a lady sitting to the left waiting and myself which I decided to stand and wait. So the employee by the name of Jean which he is new asked if me and the other lady where together. I replied no he stated I will be with you shortly. While I was waiting another customer came in and sat to the right. The lady to my left was 1st she went to Jean's desk there was a disagreement so she decided to wait for the other employee. I was like ok I'm next now keep in mind I have already been waiting for 25 mins. He calls the other customer that was sitting to my right to assist her. I said excuse me I believe I was next he responded I thought you guys where together. Now I dont understand why he would think that since he already asked that and received an answer. Then he got rude about the situation at that point I didnt even want to be helped by him and decided to wait. I ended up being there for an hr. I did speak to the manager who ended up helping me and took care of everything and I appreciated that

We have been here 1 time to pick up a car and 1 time to drop off a car. If you have all your things together, they are great! Usually short staffed.. so sometimes there is a wait

I had no idea with EVs but after renting one from here for a few days I changed my mind. They have various types of EVs and the process is super smooth. Also I want to say thank you to Mr Kim. He's very passionate and told me all tips to use the car. I'll definitely rent another one later.

This is THE WORST place to rent a car. They are supposed to be open at 8 and I’m standing outside trying to return my vehicle and no one is here. It’s now 830 and there are 5 different people here. Never again??

Terrible place.There were about 10 people in this small location.I waited for more than 1 hour to just talk to Jason Baker.My car insurance company made a reservation for a compact car about a week ago. I called this office 4 days prior to ensure everything was good to go.After waiting an hour to talk to Jason, he said that he does not have the compact car and asked me to get bigger car with $9 per day extra.He told me that he can’t honor the price, because my insurance company booked the reservation, even though I called 4 days prior to verify.This place is a scam. Jason also pushed other customers who made reservations through internet to take different cars, leaving them with no choice to pay more money. This place simply does not have enough cars for everyone who made the reservation. They will falsely advertise and overbook.Jason was so unapologetic and pushed his lie about how I made the reservation. I spoke to him personally on the phone days prior - he denied this too.Terrible business model and attitude.

I paid for a premium electric vehicle and they really gave me a Chevy bolt EV and claimed it fell in that category but yet on their website they have the bolt ev for $240 plus fees but charge me $299 plus fees because they wanna upsell as a premium electric, if you rent for here just know that you never get what they advertise or what you reserved always expect a major downgrade
