Communication with the team was excellent! We were in Northern California and in a pinch to get together a bouquet for Grandma in SoCal on the same day, and Flowertells delivered with flying colors. The flowers were so beautiful, they brought such a bright smile to Grandma. Thank you, Flowertells!

beautiful ready-to-go bouquets !! i came in looking for last minute mother day flowers and after stopping by 3 other stores, i came across this GEM. the shop is small, but don't be fooled, they have a variety of options to choose from. the guy who helped me was very nice too !! i told him my price range and he was able to accommodate what i was looking for. I came out with 2 beautiful bouquets !! will definitely be coming back here

Great service, beautiful flowers and always so welcoming. The lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged and perfect for the occasion. I will definitely be back.

Management has changed to Cindy and she's straight up awesome. From the day I met her as a manager at a popular Hong Kong style cafe she has been nothing but inviting and friendly." So when I heard she runs a florist I was thrilled to come visit and shop at this business. The shop is well stocked with many varieties for all occasions and it gets extremely busy during holidays. Her bouquets and arrangements all have an asian touch in the details. I found the candy bouquets are perfect for weddings and fun parties. They take large orders for big events including funerals, weddings, Quinceañera, and Chinese New Year festivals. Thank you Cindy for always taking care of us from our food cravings to our events! I highly recommend this business!

The customer service is the worst.We called to ask for a flower basket, which is as our first time. Obviously we had no experience. When we asked about the price, the owner said if we did not have the money, we should not have called. And he hanged me up. I called back and he hanged me up right away. Terrible.

Extremely rude. Hung up on me because I asked if they had any flowers in the $80-$120 range and the man said the lowest priced bouquet is $150

i ordered a plant for my friend new opening of the a store and they never deliver it. I called the the day after it was suppose to be deliver ( because i happen to call my friend to make sure the plant was deliver and to find out it was not) and that was the time they told me they dont have that plant. They didnt even have the courtesy of calling me before hand to let me know. It I never call my friend to double check they would never let me know and pocket the money without delivering the good. The funny part is this florist shop is in the same plaza as my friend new store.If you order from them for delivery make sure you double check otherwise they may not deliver it and still keep your money.
