Love love love this place. Classes are quick, hard, and fun. I always went to big gyms with group classes but none in the area had as many time options. I’ve gained confidence, strength, and my fit family. The girls in my group are family to me and I look forward to going to FBBC to workout with them!

I’ve been coming here for a while now , the feeling I get after every workout is amaizing ,this place is filled with so much positive vibe,and energetic people ,i feel so much stronger since I committed to this place truly recommend for any person looking for a new workout joint weather your a beginner like my ir advance like many other her ,I’m sure you’ll fit right in, because they definitely work around your capabilities, but keep pushing you to grow and strength your endurance!

I have tried a lot of different workout programs, this one will be my last. The schedule is great, the coaching is great, the people are great and the workouts are FANTASTIC! I didn't think that 30 minutes would give me a good enough workout, boy was I wrong. I left my first class soaking wet from sweat, but feeling awesome. I encourage everyone to give it a try, you won't regret it. You will get in shape and make great friends at the same time.

I loveee this place from the moment I walked in I had a great experience and being here for just short of 21 days I have never felt so good about myself after having a baby it was hard to feel pretty and confident but this has definitely helped and the girls have been so genuinely caring to not only myself but my son

I absolutely love this place, I have done the 21 day challenge and not only feel great, but made some awesome new friends, the trainers are so nice and caring, motivating and inspiring, I am so glad I did this, I definitely recommend coming here. You will feel great about yourself and meet some pretty awesome people too. It's a win win.

So much fun and high energy. They've got a lot of regulars that have lost a lot of weight and the owners are super nice. I recommend to anyone to check this place out and am definitely going back!

I had been looking for a place close by to workout at since I stopped breastfeeding and really ready to lose all my post baby weight. I came across Fit Body Boot Camp Rowland Heights and I love it! I'm on my third week here and I can't get enough. I've noticed a change in energy levels from the first week. I have done boot camps in the past and it's true what they say, it's harder to come back from it than when you first start out! Both the coaches, Maiah and Ivy are awesome! I really can't say enough good things...as a mom of two boys I really appreciate that they allow me to bring them so I can really reach my goals. Maiah even helps to watch my 1 year old (crazy cry baby) son!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH MAIAH!! I used to drag my feet going to classes but at Fit Body I feel good about going. It's only 30 minutes and I sweat a lottt! It really feels like a family environment at RHFBBC. So, if you're like me and tired at looking at that pouch, arm wings, back fat, and thunder thighs in the mirror come to RHFBBC! The first class is free but consistency is key. Come workout with us!

If you are looking for a high energy workouts for 30 minute, lose weight and have FUN, RHFBBC is the way t go. I have dropped close to 20 pounds in 3 months and I am changing for the better. The coach's are the BEST in town thank you Ivy and Maiah for all your support. I couldn't have done it without them.

This place changed my life!! I know that sounds dramatic, but it's true! I've been an avid " Bootcamper" for 5 years. I enjoy the fast pace, diversity of workouts and the challenge. RHFBBC has given me all this and MORE!! I signed up at the Rowland Heights FBBC in October. Even though I don't diet, I've lost 8 lbs and inches- without even trying!! I thought I wouldn't get a good enough workout in 30 minutes, but I was wrong. I'm sweating by the end of every class.The class times accommodate most any schedule, the trainers are THE BEST!! They cultivate a sense of family, encourage me, strong but sweet and no attitude's! I look forward to my workout's, seeing all my new friends and knowing I can fit in the workout, no matter what. I normally don't give reviews, but this place is TOO GOOD to go unnoticed!! Thank you Coaches Ivy and Maiah!!

I love this place!!!! I've been coming here for 3 months now and my experience so far has been amazing! I feel more confident, motivated and stronger. I lost inches and gained muscles. The staff here are friendly, supportive and they make sure that you get the best workout that you need. I had a regular gym membership for years but never got great results as i did with Fit Body Boot Camp in just few months. I'm so glad that i found this place! If you are looking for a fun, energetic and effective workout, this is the place to be!

Fit Body Boot Camp is the best! I've yo-yo'd with my weight for years and have never been able to keep the weight off. I've had gym memberships but got easily intimated by how advanced everyone was but this place is the real deal! I've been coming to this location since end of September 2017 and I can honestly say I see a huge difference in myself both physically and mentally. I'm more determined in losing weight and keeping it off thanks to Coach Ivette and Maiah! They're both so encouraging and the best coaches. They take the time to explain correct form and change up the workouts everyday so I don't get tired of doing the same thing. If your New Years Resolution was to lose weight, do yourself a favor and sign up to Fit Body Boot Camp - Rowland Heights now!

This place is amazing! Awesome people and environment. It has helped me to reach my goals and I'm not done yet. You really feel supported by the Coaches as well as your fit fam as I call them. I've been coming here for 3 months and I've seen great results!! I've gain a lot of muscle in my legs and arms. I noticed that I'm a lot more conditioned and I am able to do things that I've never been able to do, like push-up which is amazing and I'm excited to see future results. The environment is very chill and the trainer Ivette is really helpful and pushes me and challenges me. I LOVE FBBC!! Definitely recommend it!
