I am impressed. I have been to so many banks, and this is the one with good location, convenient parking, and great service. Especially new account manager, Mabel. She has gone out of her way to service me and my wife in opening new accounts, and I believe I should let everyone know.

This happen about ten years ago but I still remember it today. I walk up to the bank teller and she calls me fat. Tells me I'm too fat and need to go to the gym. First thing that comes out of her mouth. I was a bit pissed and she said men should not get emotional. Old a** Chinese lady teller forgot her name.

There is a problem with the ATM machine. I swallowed money randomly. The balance did not change after I deposited the money. I have to go to the bank to deal with it.

Very disappointed with their low quality service. Have a E*TRADE check deposit into this bank on 4/5. It got bounced on 4/8. When I called E*TRADE and found East West Bank only input 6 digits of E*TRADE check account number, while the correct account number on check should be 8 digits. I called them to correct it. They promised they will enter correct account number of my E*TRADE check this time. Guess what, the check got bounced again on 4/13 because they entered the same wrong 6 digits number. So I have to call E*TRADE to wire the money into EAST WEST Bank. They don't know what they are doing. Not trustable and kept repeating same mistake even get customer feedback already. Try to stay away from this terrible bank.

Poor!!!!!!! What kind of bank that don't accept rolled coins unless you have an account with them....are you serious??? !!!!! Shouldn't all banks accept them. Not recommending this bank to any of my friends ????
