The drivers of this company don’t care. They park right in front in Mildred thoroughfare blocking cars in the parking spot. As a sit down and eating a Pollo Loco. They could park somewhere else, but they were too lazy to even walk that far.

AVOID AT ALL COST: Unprofessional, Rude, and Verbally Abusive People.TL;DR: I got cussed out and thrown out by the "owner", Kevin, when I questioned why he changed the quote on me and wanted to charge me for something I never agreed to. Long version:My grandmother's rollator walker needed the front wheels and the forks repaired/replaced, and since Medicare only covers the wheels and not the forks, the forks are out of pocket expense. Kevin, the guy who took the repair order when I first brought it in back in January, gave me the quote for the forks, which I agreed to. However, I brought the rollator walker in for repair later in the afternoon, he then informed me that the back wheels also need replacing, and, since Medicare only pays for the replacement of 2 wheels each time, they'd also be out of pocket expense. I asked him to pause and questioned why the information and the quote had changed. He suddenly said, "No, YOU pause and get the f*ck out of there!" and walked back to the store and shut the door on me. I opened the door and asked why it wasn't OK to question him and ask for clarification of the charges I never agreed to; he got in my face and started yelling at me and cussing me out, saying that I'm rude and I'm giving him attitude for questioning him and that he's been servicing the community for many years and that I'm the worst customer! He then told me again to take my sh!t and get the f*ck out of his store. I proceeded to ask for the 2 wheels he's supposedly already billed Medicare for so I can repair them myself; he refused to give them to me, claiming he's never billed Medicare. Frustrated, I asked to speak to the person in charge since I can't seem to get through to him or get anywhere with him, that's when he told me that he's the owner. As amusing as it was to see him huffing and puffing and making a complete fool of himself, I could do without all the agony he's put me and my grandmother through, leaving my grandmother's rollator still needing repair. PS. I did some soul-searching and wondered about my "attitude", and I came across another Yelp reviewer's experience with this company, which pretty much aligned with my personal violent experience with them. This prompted me to speak up and warn potential future victims.

I stopped by to get some medical supplies for my elderly mother, the man at the counter was not very helpful, almost pretty rudecustomer service. I much rather bring my business somewhere else than here.

BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. Horrible, terrible, unprofessional service experience at this establishment. In any medical setting, patients come for care. Unfortunately the people running this place have no business caring for others. I went in for a cane but was not shown what it looks like. They expect you to blindly pay for whatever they feel like fulfilling your order with. The man who makes adjustments on the equipment literally fought with me at the office and tried to swipe my cane and paperwork from my hands. If I didn't move away he may even have hit me. It's not just tacky and unprofessional to fight with your customers, but it speaks to the lowlife that you are. I should have read the reviews before I stopped in. They should be out of business before anyone knows it if they continue on this destructive customer service warpath. If you are referred here, ask for a different referral. Stay away at all costs.

Very unprofessional, poor, and over all very rude Customer Service! I had been calling to inquire on my equipment! I was told it’s been shipped and when I kept calling to inquire why I didn’t receive my machine, the rep kept disconnecting the call. It’s a shame how they deal with patients, especially when patient is in pain and they have no idea what the patient is suffering!

Poor customer services. Can't help customer repair the walker that was send in 3 months ago. The front desk turn to answer other customer's call and hang up my phone while I was still trying to get more information about the process of the repairment.
