Cricket is one of the worst carriers I have ever used. Their security is non-existent and they have poor customer service. Our account got hacked and our phones were easily ported to another unknown carrier. When talking to Cricket, they said they are not able to help us and we asked why is it so easy to do this? They have no authentication process to determine if the rightful owner of an account is the one asking to port a number. On top of this, once we switched to another carrier because of their poor security - they refused to refund us our payment for this month or even help us carry out our complaint about the poor security (we only used the plan for one day of the new month). They acted like it was none of their business. They should at least be refunding us this month’s payment since it is their lack of security measures that caused us to switch carriers.Don’t use Cricket if you want your account to be secure! Especially don’t go to this store if you need help because they will surely not care about you as a customer.

Cricket is a mobile phone company. The Chinese name is cricket, and cricket is a sport. Cricket has many branches. The Cricket branch I often go to is located on the south side of Nogales No. 1015 in Rowland Heights. The service attitude of every staff member is very good and they are very patient. There are many cheap phone plans to choose from. I didn’t know that the monthly mobile phone bill at home is very high. Since I chose this store, every month It has saved a lot of money for my family. Now we have bought a 4-line package for our family of 4. It is cost-effective and cheap, and the data is unlimited. Friends who are not using mobile phone packages to pay are welcome to come to this store and you will definitely be happy. very satisfied! ?

I went there in June 2021. The store clerk told me that they did not sell mobile phones. I went to bestbuy and bought a mobile phone. After using it for half a year, it suddenly said that the network did not support the service.

About a month ago our family went to this Cricket store to switch to a new service provider/ Cricket network, and new phones. Emily helped us, was very efficient, and friendly, she even stayed beyond the store hours since we got there late. Emily was very patient and helpful, as was Steven, both provided excellent customer service. Our friend referred us to Cricket, we both got referral $25 bonus.
