We inquired about a banner and went in person to give exact dimensions. The rep, Kevin, took down the size and make completely wrong size. After we contacted him to fix the issue, he said he did not know about the size. What was the point of going in person then? His solution to fix his mistake was give us 50% off a completely new purchase separate from this. WHY WOULD I PAY TWICE WHEN THE FIRST ONE WASNT EVEN DONE RIGHT? After we asked to speak to his manager he hung up on us. We called back and he hung up on us again.Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I questions the morals of this company.Take your business else where and give it to someone that deserves it.

Long story short, took a banner that needed to be redone & personally took the old item in store and Kevin Hsiao measured it in office. A few days later, picked up the product and was the incorrect size. Tried to have them do the correct size but they declined to do so and wanted to charge me all over again. They did not want to accept the fact that Kevin messed up. Then I requested a refund and got hung up on by Kevin Hsiao. Very unprofessional and will no longer ever be doing business with this company even though before we had plans for future business, all that is down the drain. Save your money and time and do not do business with this company.

Awesome experience working with Gina and Kevin. They were courteous and friendly, and more importantly, very knowledgeable about the material that I needed for my outdoor signage. I needed some 24" x 36" double sided real estate yard signs printed for my upcoming listing. I emailed Color Digital Graphics for a quotation and they replied within a few hours. They quoted me a very competitive price with a quick lead time. Color Digital prints signage, banners, stickers and more. Ordering- After I confirmed the quotation. I emailed them my file. I didn't request for a digital proof but you can always request for one to make sure everything is good to print. I placed my order on Thursday and it was ready for pick up by Monday. They will also accommodate rush orders but let them know when you are requesting for a quotation. Location- The office is a little hard to find. Fullerton Road is blocked off from construction but I went on Azusa, left on railroad and right on Lawson St. and it's the first driveway to the left. Color Digital Graphics is part of Colorwen (Printing supply company) so you'll see Colorwen's business name outside. The office is very clean and organized. I will be ordering from them again.

Outstanding - I was in and out in 10 minutes, with 12 full-color glossy copies on cardstock. Truly professional quality - and it cost just $12, plus tax!
