It took me two days to change the oil seal ink. On the first day I went there and I said it several times, as if I didn't understand people. I asked questions and didn't like to answer. It was like I couldn't hear. I didn't even look at my car. In the end, he asked me to go at 1 o'clock the next day. I also confirmed with him that I would not come at 1 o'clock tomorrow, so he still had to wait, right? He yelled at me, "I'll do it for you when you come tomorrow, okay." But the next day, he asked me to wait again, and he still didn't like to talk to people. When the car was lifted by Lao Mo, he started to give me a slap in the face, I understand everything I say, and I laugh. I keep praising me. It costs thousands to go to the dealer for maintenance. It takes three or four hours for them to change the spark plug. Why is my car so troublesome? It’s like I’m here with you. It’s like repairing a car can save you money for a house. If I can find a small shop like yours, why are you talking nonsense to me as a dealer? In the last half an hour, I wrote to me that the master can’t repair it... I’m really convinced by this old man.

Did a diagnostic with Colima Auto repair because my car had “check engine light” on. He was professional and honest. They even showed me what the computer said after they scanned it and explained everything to me.He said he doesn’t do the service that my car required and told me to where to go. Although I didn’t do any service, I’m rating him and his staff for being very professional, friendly, and most important of all; honest.

This auto repair shop is so bad. Not long after my car was serviced by him and the engine oil was changed (it comes with the materials), there was a problem with the steering wheel of the car. When I drove it back for repairs, they said that the steering fluid had leaked out and that the pipes and refills needed to be replaced. New liquid! My friend's car was also serviced and the oil changed at his place. Within two days, he left it on the highway. He was told that the alternator was broken and they replaced it with a new alternator. They never let him see it while they were servicing and repairing the car. He Those two old Mo's tampered with the car when repairing it. They are old cars. It's hard to tell if something goes wrong if you drive it for a few days. Friends, be careful of this repair shop!

Well experienced master technician diagnosed clogged catalytic converter for low engine power but there was no check engine light warning. Professional quality and prompt repairs at good price. Repairs done by this shop before including replacing timing belt, water pump, generator, master brake cylinder, and oxygen sensors etc. keep my 2004 pickup Tundra still running good at 290,000+ miles.

There was a warning sign on my car yesterday indicating that there was a problem with my tires, so I drove the car to Colima automotive company. The owner of the car repair company came over, and I told him the situation, and asked him if there were any iron nails on it. On the tires. Without checking, he directly filled my tires with air and said to me: "There are no nails, even if there were, I would not repair the tires." He just charged me five dollars and sent me away. Today When I was going to work on the highway, the whole car suddenly vibrated, and I hurried off the highway, and my tire blew up in a second, and there was a long iron nail inside that scratched the entire tire. I'd like to give Michael's Colima Auto Repair five-star thumbs up. It's by far the ONLY trust worthy auto shop I have ever come across! For Yelp readers, if you own a Japanese car, this is the auto shop to do your car repair and maintenance! After I walked out that cheating and discriminatory Indian owned Colima Automotive (check on my other Yelp review), on my way home, I saw a plaza with many auto shops there. I stopped over Colima Auto Repair, and talked to the shop owner, Michael, asking him if he would be able to give me a quote for replacing front crankshaft seals and how long it would take. It was first time speaking to him and without showing him I had done my due diligence, Michael surprised me with the most honest price quote and the hours to do the job, which had never happened before. In most cases, only after did I show the auto shop owners I had done my due diligence, auto shop owners weren't willing to be down to earth with me. Only few, like the cheating and discriminatory Indian owned Colima Automotive, went mad after I gently exposed their deceptions. The repair went as smooth as expected. Besides that, the mechanic saw the shaft that goes to oil pump pulley was rusted. Michael had his mechanic weld the parts together so I could have my car back and drive home safely. Then, schedule the repair next time. The mechanic also put in a new camshaft seal. Michael charged me the same quoted price. I added $50 as complimentary. During the wait, I observed other customers came in with different car problems. Some were the shop's old customers. They seem trust Michael's work and charge without doubts and hesitations. If the problems needed special care, either from new or old customers, I saw Michael give them cordial advice before sending them away. I am very glad that I discovered Colima Auto Repair. I can settle at this auto shop for all my future car repair and maintenance.
