Leon is great! I set up a few appts with him before for some financial advising advice and he was really helpful. He followed up via text and call to make sure everything was okay as well. Will definitely be back next time!

I couldn't get into my online account. I appreciate all the new security but when the owner of the account cant get into their account and has her ATM card blocked, there's a problem. Charles bank has been investing my money for the last 6 years, they make money out of the money I deposit every month. I don't understand why if I am giving you all my information (to verify my account) you still require me to go to a branch. I will be going to their branch on Monday and I will be removing all my funds from this bank.

My experience at this bank was so terrible that they have prompted me to write my first yelp review. Don't go to this bank bc they don't know anything about their own services and what's worse is that they don't care about you. I have been a loyal member of Charles Schwab because of their great costumer service but this branch has the worst costumer service of any bank I have been too. The guy at the front desk on 6/11/18 at around 12:30pm didn't know anything about a cashiers check (seriously?), and he said that Charles Schwab doesn't issue them and that they only mail you regular checks (why would I want regular checks in lieu of a cashiers check?). He then left the front desk in the middle of helping me to go outside to maybe take a break? I then called Schwab to confirm that the guy at the the front desk was completely wrong. Schwab will overnight you a cashiers check if you call a day in advance. This branch is such a disappointment to the customer service I have received from Charles Schwab. Why do they even exist if they don't know about their own services and don't want to help customers?

The front desk lady knows nothing. Its better to call the bank instead of going to the branch because u will only get a business card even when u go to the branch. Thats it. So save some time n gas.

I have been doing business for several years with Charles Schwab in Roland Heights. My account manager is Mary Frenkel. She actually works out of another office, but she makes appointments with me at the Roland Heights office to accommodate me and drives out of her way to meet me at the Roland Heights office since I live closeby. I have been treated with utmost professionalism. Ms. Frenkel takes time to explain any questions I may have and goes above and beyond to meet whatever needs I may have. Her assistants, Curtis and Tim are also very professional and courteous whether I am calling on the phone for assistance or coming into the office. Ms. Frenkel treats me like a member of her family. If there is anything she feels I need to know about my account, she makes a personal contact with me either by e-mail or phone call to bring important matters to my attention. She is thoroughly familiar with the financial world and all the advice or information she provided me has been accurate and helpful.

First time transaction at this branch. I came in on a friday afternoon needing to do a wire transfer since they are cheaper than my regular bank, Chase. It was $25 fyi. The gentleman helped me out smoothly and quickly. I got in and I got out. No problems. Parking was cake during the day since that plaza only gets packed at nights and weekends.

This review is for Charles Schwab Investment and a a rating for the company overall. I never go to any branch locations since all my transactions are on-line. Schwab offers great on-line tools to research all your investment needs. In addition, stock trading transactions were recently reduced 30% to $8.95 per trade with no maximum limits on the amount of shares traded. I admire Charles Schwab for incredible customer service. They offer an automated system or you can choose to speak a individual regarding account information, trading and are accessible everyday.
