If I could give zero stars I would! My boyfriend is a regular customer of this shop so when I was looking to buy flowers for my sons teacher I decided to stop by. The first thing the lady says to me is that they are not taking orders because they are busy for Mother's Day, funerals and graduations... okay... it's a flower shop you would think they would be prepared for all the above, but okay... I continue to look around, she then tells me the cheapest thing they have available is $50.... I never once mentioned price, I never once stated what exactly I was looking for. It was clear she was passing judgment and thought I could not afford anything above $50. I left and will never go back!! This place lost a loyal customer today. If you're looking for friendly service with beautiful flowers drive 3 minutes away to Flowertells on Nogales. I went there as soon as I left this place. I purchased a beautiful bouquet and the service was everything that this place was not... friendly, helpful and welcoming and the flowers were gorgeous!! Don't waste your money at this establishment, they clearly are more interested in what you are willing to spend than in actually servicing their customers.

The flower bouquet is beautiful but the owner simply charging whatever price he want. No fix price. 1st time I call, I was told a dozen of this bouquet is $175. Few days later my husband call, the price go down to $170. So, my husband went there on the same day to buy the flower. When he get there, the owner said is $190. Plus tax and delivery come out $220 +. So my husband trust him and sign the bill without checking the final amount. Then he found out the total was $240 ++. Few day later, my friend went there and she told me it was $150 for same dozen bonquet roses This place have no honest system. Over charge! We are not recommend this place to our friends for sure. Definitely a rip off! I rather have fresh flower or find other florist.

Carrie's Flowers offers a vast selection of beautiful and fresh flowers for every occasion. We live in NorCal, so we can't rave enough how much we appreciate their no-hassle delivery service to Chino several times a year on our behalf. Easy communication. You simply tell them what kind of floral arrangement you want and they'll take care of everything. Thank you, James and team members, for everything you do.

Went here and was amazed by multiple options of flowers! Im so ecstatic that they have hongkong style flowers! The owners are very straightforward and nice! Would definitely come back for my floral needs! Im sure my sister would love her roses for her birthday!:)

Mr. Lin provided an excellent service for elegant, beautiful funeral flower arrangements. My uncle passed away suddenly and the wake was scheduled on Sunday afternoon. I found Mr. Lin on Friday and shared his contact to other relatives and friends. He prepared almost 50 arrangements in one day. When we arrived, the flowers have been arranged and still looked fresh and beautiful. I was surprised by the service. Thank you!

I had got another flower shop and was Engorged. So I found that Carrie's Flowers shop was opened and I walked in and and asked to make a Bouquet of Flowers and helped me out. They did a wonderful job! Thank

This flower shop is terrible. My wife ordered a funeral flower to be delivered to Rose Hill for a funeral service and they did not deliver it. They try to rip you off if you don't attend. This is the second time it happened to us. The flower shop is not honest and they do a lousy job on the ones they sent in comparison with the others that were there. They cost more and don't look as nice. I would think twice before using them. Even Rose Hill told us not to use them. They said other flower shops are better.
