I had the most unpleasant shopping experience at this beauty store. They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Unlike all the other stores in the plaza that were open for business, this one had a metal gate down, making it seem like they were closed. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately this store is only for Asians! Not blaming the staff, but the owners will not let latinos in without being intimidated to leave, that's if you can even get in the door. RACIST STORE OWNERS!

Very difficult to shop and they either speak no english or refuse to speak english. Reservations required through some obscure process… Seems to be a shop for Chinese speakers only.

This place is never open and the times it is open they always have excuses, excuses I have heard trying to go in are; we are closing early, it is appointment only, we’re not having customers right now(previously after I left they accepted a customer in) we are cleaning, we are busy, etc. The one time they did let me in, the customer service was horrible, the prices are horrible, and they tax you on food (which after opening I found out had bugs). Most of the things on the shelves were expired and the makeup there is low quality and gave me acne which I had to treat for months. DO NOT GO HERE!

The workers in this store follow you around as you shop as if you are going to steal. Definitely not because they are trying to help you. They did not ask me if I had any questions, just followed and whispered to each other. Most bizarre experience ever! Then when I got up to the register to pay (for 2 lip glosses and a baby tooth paste), they rang me up AND TOOK A PICTURE OF MY DEBIT CARD! I will never leisurely shop here again and do not recommend that anyone spends money at this store.

This place should be shut down. Not nice at all. They only let chinese people in. I came last monday they wouldn't let me in and they told me to come on the weekends because they are opened.. I come back on saturday and I was told to leave once again. As I walked away, I noticed that they let only chinese speakers in in front of me. They are extremely racist. Not to mention the words that they were calling me. I know what chinese bad word sound like. Is very unprofessional

These guys do not even deserve a star rating. They are only friendly to chinese. I heard it from a different source that these guys are very prejudiced. They're only letting in chinese speakers. I came here myself to see if it was true and in fact it is. Very disappointed that this day and age, something like this still exists. I cannot believe a place like this believes color is a thing, and they judge you by it. These guys need to be shut down they do not deserve to be here. I have an audio recording of them insulting me in chinese also. I had a friend of mine who is Chinese. Come to the store the other day. They let him write in knowing they spoke chinese. The event was all recorded by phone to show that it is factual that these guys are prejudiced. It's place needs to be shut down.
