“I’ve been living at Summerwood for a few months now since moving to Southern California for school. I love the environment here, the updated rooms as well as the staff. Laura, the front desk has always helped me with any of my questions and concerns as well as Francisco and Steven, who has helped me numerous times with maintenance and overall help. The smallest problems can occur and they tend to my needs without hesitation. The community here is very welcoming and friendly and it feels like I am back home where I’m originally from.”
“My husband and I moved into City Pointe apartments in January of this year, and we love it here. Ralph was very helpful regarding the application process, and we were given our results in less than 15 minutes. He answered all our emails and was quick to lend a hand if we needed it. He told us about good restaurants to try out as well. Brian and Scott are great! When we had a walk-through of our apartment, something needed to be fixed, and Scott fixed it right away. When we had an issue after hours, Brian immediately came to our apartment and fixed the problem. We just had another little problem, and Brian was there to help us. There is a lady who cleans every floor and around the property; she always keeps everything clean and is excellent! I appreciate all that the CP team does! This team gets 5 starts from us!”

“Me and my wife and 1 year old daughter moved in to our apartment in 2022 and when we walked in we met Rick! He was really nice and super helpful and really friendly to talk to he always helps out me and my wife whenever we need something for our apartment I would highly recommend Rick if u wanna move here he will take care of u and ur family!”

“I recently moved in to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The complex is big and really well maintained. Every time we call to have something fixed or maintained they send someone over right away. The leasing manager is also really nice and attentive. The apartments are well maintained and spacious. The cabinets are a little outdated but they are in good conditions and can be overlooked while still decorating in a modern style. The only thing I didn't like was that we have to pay for water and trash, the last apartment the property management group paid for that. But it can be overlooked with the amenities that come with the apartment. The street that the complex is located on is a pretty busy street and when you leave your windows opened you can hear the traffic but we try to keep the windows closed since the insulation works so well here. On really hot days the apartment stayed cool and I liked that it comes with central AC and a nest. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is also a big plus and we were able to get a corner bottom unit. The other draw back is that the two parking spots are really far apart and whoever parks the farthest has a big walk. The other draw back is that due to covid we can't use the pool or jacuzzi. Overall, we are happy with the apartment and the neighbors are quiet and considerate and everyone leaves each other alone.”

“The Jackson is the second AMC property my family has lived at because AMC always has the best staff! Everyone who works here is so friendly and maintenance is always quick to help. The property itself is kept up nicely, and there's been lots of updates to the outdoor amenities and the apartments themselves as well. Plus the first floor patios are huge! The location of these apartments are perfect because there are so many shopping/grocery/food options all within a 10 minute drive, not to mention close to both the 91 and 57. 10/10 recommend living here!”
“My husband and I moved in a few months ago and we have loved every day we have been here. We love that the apartments are gated and not anyone can just come inside, they are always kept clean. We have not met many neighbors but I think everyone just is so comfortable at home. It's such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I truly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to not think twice about it. Maria is a wonderful, patient and so helpful person and is ready to answer all questions anyone has. She is also a very kind person that always has a smile on her face. We love that there is also a handyman Manuel on sight for any issues that anyone has. We have two grills available for use, a pool and two laundry rooms. Most importantly is that all neighbors respect each other and always greet no matter if they know you or not.”

I love the community it's quiet in a great neighborhood close to everything that I need the rent here is extremely reasonable for what you get I have a two bedroom apartment one and a half bath washer and dryer hook up balcony large carport space I love it here. The maintenance guys work very hard and they stay busy and they get the job done! Debora is the manager of the SuntreeApts. I love talking to her when I go in the office she's friendly reliable and very professional and whenever there is something theyneed to be fixed in my apartment she make sure it gets done as soon as possible she has a wonderful personality and I'm very thankful to have her as a manager this place is number one on my list”

“We ultimately went with another complex, however this was equally a very close second choice, had the other complex rejected us or no longer been available. I want to give this complex 5/5 stars for communication, and friendliness. The price was slightly cheaper than other apartments, and also very clean when we were given a tour. The apartments also all came with a large closet/ garage area for storage, cat only(great to avoid dogs barking) was extremely clean and had beautiful landscaping all around. It was also very quiet on the Saturday afternoon we had been given a tour.”

An say it’s decent ,, and staff are always on top of things to help in maintaining complex and cleanliness, althight pools do seem to be weekly cleaned, what needs a good scrubbing are the insides of jacuzzi and Jets and heat to be in proper working condition. It would be great if it was still affordable housing based on household income ?”
