The doctor and entire staff at the Rowland heights office are really friendly helpful and take the time to listen they help me every step of the way from my insurance allowance to the many options available for the protection of my glasses . When I received my glasses they were amazing and perfect after a week of wearing them my eyes are adjusting and I have no complaints at all thank you very much ladies

I got my prescription here less than a year ago (1/14/23). I tried to order a small batch (from ContactsDirect) using my still valid prescription before the expiration and the doctor declined my order stating that my contact lens prescription is expired (which is FALSE). America's Best is a great establishment here, but the eye doctor on premise isn't. Don't come to this one.

My overall experience with America’s Best was as easy & smooth as one would desire it to be! I was able to conveniently make my appointment for an exam online for the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted with Hellos & welcome from the whole team. The friendly receptionist on duty checked me in & encouraged me to check out some glasses while I waited to be called in. The exam itself was quick & easy & the eye specialist was also very kind which made the whole process comfortable for me. The team was in plain sight & available to answer any questions. When it came to my payment for the glasses, they had 2 pairs for $79 & I let the specialist know that I was on a bit of a budget & she guided me to what add ons (such as scratch resistant lenses & Anti-glare) would be best to have for my lifestyle. About 2 weeks later, I’ve picked up my glasses & once again they were so kind & professional. They even provided me with a 40% off one additional pair of glasses! Thank you to the whole America’s Best team for making this entire process the best!

Came in and the front staff was great! I only have 2 issues.1- When I went in the back to check my eyes usually the person wipes down the chin and forehead rest but she didn't. Every eye exam I ever went too ALWAYS wipes it down before you rest your chin and forehead on the test equipment. They may have done it before I went in but who knows. When I went to see the doctor, AGAIN she didn't wipe down the equipment. 2- The doctor seemed very impatient, like she was frustrated at my answers in regards to which letters are better "1 or 2?". Sorry Dr, I don't care if you're in a rush but this is my vision and im paying a lot of money, I'm going to be honest and not rush. Sorry ladies, just some minor tweaks and you'll get back to 5 stars.

It seems this company is in business to make lots of money bytelling people they have a lot of features other eye glasses places don't even have.You can't get a straight answer.Then you sit down and hear all the new things to offer you with your new glasses.Most I never heard of and not sure if it was just a way to charge more.I was told over the phone they were running a special. Get two pair of glasses for the price of one. Plus fee eye exam.When I sat down to talk about what wanted the glasses came over $500. I was told the first time it would be $419.00. I called the day of the appointment and was told $398.00. But when I sat down everything chanced. I told the person on the phone just what I when I was quoted the prices. I just felt they tell you all these things and when you actually go in the price is a lot higher. I ended up getting my glasses at a company that has been in business for a very long time for $249.00

Be AWARE $59 for eye exam, NOT FREE if you don't buy glasses. They only have signs with FREE eye exam but NO sign in their store that says $59 for eye exam if no purchase. Whether you call in or walk in they will tell you "come take the free eye exam, NO COMMITMENT". Don't trust them with "no commitment"

Every time I come here it's a good experience. The place is really clean and the employees are always welcoming. The doctor is also helpful and explains your options well. I think what I like the most is how you can get contact lens exams for three years for a little over $100. Also you get a free trial pair. Overall really nice place and inexpensive

I don't ever really leave reviews, but I had to for this America's Best location. Dr Rana is GREAT and very knowledgeable. She is attentive, and genuinely cares about you receiving the correct lenses for your vision problems. She takes the time to answer and explain any of your concerns. That's something you don't always get from Dr's. As for their Customer Service here, it is hands down, TOP NOTCH!!! Joan is AMAZING along with all of the other reps they have employed here. Dr Rana, Joan, and the rest of your Team, THANK YOU!! I highly recommend this location for all of your vision needs.

I made it there 10 minutes after my appointment because I couldn’t find my card to pay and the doctor was already gone without them even calling me to let me know that the appointment was canceled can’t believe a doctor won’t even wait 15 minutes for a patient, they obviously don’t care about their patients just because she was in a hurry to leave, just wasted my whole evening coming here, such a disappointment

I have had a great experience at this location.The staff assisted me in picking out frames, the eye exam and the entire ordering process.I got a pair for working and a pair for general purposes. Worked out great.
