If you expect not very friendly service, watch out for the older tall gentleman with the gray hair he always wears a mask and gloves he's not very friendly and he wouldn't give me my receipt when i asked. Also got no hello or bye.

Tonight I stopped by after work and the place was closed. The worker was there and saw me and would just signal to me it was closed, but couldn’t give me a time on when they’d open again. This isn’t the first time this has happened, it has actually been the 4th time. I understand they’re probably taking their break/lunch, but the least they can do is place a sign on when the store would reopen.

Everyone should be careful buying lotto tickets from this storeMake sure to check the 9 numbers on the back of the ticket especially the last 4 numbersI bought $20 lotto tickets from this store and they gave me 2 tickets . $10 and $10It was too late when I checked the tickets, last 4 numbers on the back aren't consecutiveIt looks like they printed all tickets already and kept the goods ones then sell the rest of the ticketsI got tricked by this store.( I will never ever buy tickets from this store)They are treating their customers stupid .The cashier speaks Korean language so this store is probably owned by a Korean

Funny how the previous management team had a 2.5 star raying, but with them being closed at 330 am, not sure if it will get any better.Not sure where the name of convenience store started for 7-Eleven but this is not convenient enough. isnt part of being a franchisee is to be open 24/7

This place has the worst staff ever, absolute scumbags. I went to this location on Fullerton on January 1st, 2022, at 7:00pm at night and the gangster looking staff member was just hanging around talking on the phone.She was taking a personal call, not minding the store or even acknowledging the customers. She did look mentally ill so maybe does not even realize what is happening around her.This place has a reputation for being the worst and I can see why. The city should shut this dump down.

Worst customer service ever.. I grabbed my chips and went to first register I see to pay. The cashier passed me and went to another register and I thought he didn’t see me. He looked busy so I decided to wait but realized that he was on the phone. So I said I was ready and then he grabs the chips and goes to his register to ring the item. After I paid he says, “you didn’t see I went to this register? If I’m here you’re supposed to come!” I was dumbfounded.. he didn’t even acknowledge I was in the store and he says that?!? Wow.. unbelievable.. if you want respect, you need to respect your customers.

"The Customer Service is great, some of the prices are not!" But that's not reflective upon the store owner but of the corporate office and their pricing model. Overall, THIS store location is pretty good because the employees who work there are "HONEST!"
