Robert jr is super helpful and nice with the entire process. Our car looks brand new after the work was done. They are the real deal. They even touched up any scratches on the car that is not part of the repair. They give a lifetime warranty on your repair and we definitely recommend going to them for auto body work.

I was in an accident with front damage last year in December and I took my mine car to 2020 because I dealt with them a long time ago. They have been around a long time and were kind of known for their workmanship. Long story short, I took my Tesla there and it took close to 3.5 months to get it fixed. My main contact was Robert Jr and Robert Sr. I called Robert Sr on a weekly basis to check on the progress of my car and the parts that were back-ordered. He always kept me in the loop.It's not their fault that it took a long time because Tesla was short on part. Good thing I was able to get a loaner from them until my car was fixed. So I finally got my car back in April but one of my headlights suddenly went out after two months. I took my car back to 2020 because my headlight was cover by warranty. They guided me through the process of taking my car to Tesla Service Center and I did not have to spend any more money to fix it.In the end, I felt they stepped up to the plate and provided awesome service even after I got my car back. So autobody tech is legit and provide awsome service !

My new Lexus SUV was scratched by someone on the rear bumper. The paint was peeled off on two parts of the rear bumper. It needed to be repainted in two colors. It would cost between $1,300-1,500 to go to another store for an estimate. I stopped by this store after searching Google the day before yesterday. I met Peggy during lunch time. She put down her lunch and came over to help me. After checking the scratches on the car body, she proposed 2 solutions, which I accepted after consideration. Her no-cost plan. Peggy came over today to wait for me and did a simple touch-up of paint on the scratched area of my car. From a distance, there was no impact at all, which made me very satisfied. Peggy is warm and thoughtful, her solutions are professional and practical, and she also thinks about saving money for her customers, which makes me feel very warm. If I have any problems with my car in the future, I will definitely visit this shop frequently. Thank you Peggy.?????Service: Body & Trim

My Honda Clarity was hit in the middle of both doors on the driver's side when driving through an intersection, resulting in the damaged doors to not open and close properly. Thankfully I had insurance to cover it up, however I needed a good body shop to repair my vehicle. I looked online for a good body shop which led me here and I am happy that it did. My car is now all patched up with new doors and finishes. The repairs did take awhile to come back but it was mostly the supplier's and insurance's end, the body shop did as best as they could with delays. It was worth the wait cause not only did my car come out better than before but the shop compensates for the delays with price cuts and a free car detailing!
