Not coming back again clothes are very cheap but expensive...customer service is very bad you can't even return stuff now for store credit ....very stricter policies not friendly at all ...just ban and ignore this store...

DO NOT BUY THEIR CLOTHES! If I could give a negative star, I would give -5! Very LOW quality merchandise, the clothes shred after a couple washes, and their policy on defective merchandise is not existent! And to top it off, the awful customer service at this location! Very rude, both associate and manager. Better go to H&M, at least their clothes will last more than a couple of washes, better quality and lower price point!

Terrible experience at this store! Terrible customer service. I just moved to Sacramento and visited the Roseville store and bought a shirt. After wearing it I noticed a damage. I didn’t wash and went back within 3 weeks of the purchase to either return, exchange or get a store credit. I was open to all options. The store manager behaved in an unprofessional manner not only refusing to find a solution but had a terrible attitude.

I don't know what's going on in this place. I always thought it was an upscale brand so I didn't bother going in. Today I walked in because I noticed surprisingly low prices on stuff at the door. Everything had a red tag and there was a hodge podge of clothes thrown everywhere. Has this always been a discount style chain that feels like a Goodwill and I just never knew? Or is this a new thing?

This is the worst Zara I have been too, fitting rooms are always messy and no one manages them. The girl with the hijab in the fitting room was hiding out in the fitting room stealing clothes and doesn’t help customers.

I recently visited Zara to try on a pair of joggers. When I approached the fitting room around 6 PM, an employee—an Indian guy—refused to let me in, stating that they were closed. However, I could see that there were still people inside the fitting room. This experience was quite disappointing.

Terrible customer service by Judeth. She looked like she wanted to tear customers apart. She took her sweet time for an hour in registry with another customer, after it was finally our turn there was no apologies or anything, we had put our stuff aside on another cash register waiting for her prior instead of grabbing them she rudely told us “you can bring it over yourself” and then did not say a single word afterwards during the whole transaction. At the end she handed us our bags with silence and walked away from registry.
If you hate your job this much might as well not work there

Terrible customer service. Terrible management. Terrible variety of clothing. Dirty dressing rooms and dust all around the hall.
Today I try my clothes in women’s section and next to me was a man, he tried a bunch of different styles and no one from management or workers tells him anything. It’s insane ! I brought items for return two days later than the deadline and they even refused me for a store credit!!! The worst Zara I ever been.

I ordered a dress online. The sleeves were different lengths- by at least 4 inches. The belt was a little worn. I will not order online again. The sales clerk was very nice though.

Zero stars!!! This is my second review, Yelp took down my first. Probably because i described the person who helped me as I felt it necessary because she looked like she looked like she had just rolled out of bed on top of having a Terrible attitude. exuded an energy like she was miserable there. Manager is unhelpful. Don't recommend this store at all. Never have any stock, dressing rooms always closed, messy store
