Good location with friendly customer service. Sometimes it can be busy, so I recommend making an appointment with an Xfinity agent to avoid waiting.

As much as I consider Xfinity the "dark side", I have to admit they had my merchandise ready. I spent no time at all.
The only inconvenience was that there is an Xfinity store 5 minutes from our new house, and this store was 35 minutes away.
